I’m so happy with the look of this chiller and its performance. The temperature is easy to control with the smart touch screen control. It can be controlled for the perfect temperature for both my red wines and white wines. It has a super cool blue lighting for inside - The lighting gives it a fun and modern look. This wine cooler holds up to 18 bottles of wine with no problem. The shelves that house the bottles slide in and out very smoothly for ease of access and also can be removed for easy cleaning. I have another one of these wine fridges that I use for wine but I bought this one for a regular drink fridge. I took out a couple shelves and use the upper compartment and bottom for upright storage of cans. The wine racks work great for water bottles and sport drinks. This fridge keeps my drinks cool and refreshing and my regular fridge is no longer taken over by beverages. Whether one uses this for wine or for other beverages, I think people will really like it. I bought it because the profile of was perfect for putting in the space I had. It is just the right height to fit under my counter and the right depth as well. The width is about as wide as my kitchen trash. It has dual zone cooling with individual controls for temperature. The interior has a light that makes it easy to see all the way to the back. This fridge has two separate temperature control sections meaning I can keep different wines t different temperature's all within same fridge which i really like as we drink both red and white wine. Holds up to 18 bottles including being able to fit Pinot Noir bottles which can typically be slightly 'wider' than standard bottles. Glass fronted door makes it stylish yet practical and the door is nice and heavy so always closes without much effort and keeps temperature as set.     • Maintains Steady Temperature
This wine cooler (my 4th in ~12 years) has been superb during my first week of use. I let the wine cooler sit unplugged for about 3 hours after unpacking in order to ensure proper lubricant flow in the compressor, then plugged it in and set it to 41 & 45 degrees for each area overnight. Throughout the evening and the next morning, there was a lot of groaning, hissing and gurgling, which I’m attributing as initial break-in noise. The next morning, I upped the temperature in both sections to 48 and 54 degrees and let that sit for a day. My house has a rather open floor plan, and I could hear the cooler stopping and starting and making other operating noises such that I decided to move it into the lower level, away from the main living area. I set it to 43 degrees in both sections and let it run overnight and checked in the morning and the bottles in both sections felt about the same. I also want to report that I plugged in a power usage device to see what this is going to cost to operate. At my kWh rate of 13 cents per kWh, this wine cooler is very efficient, costing only about 8 cents per day to operate in a climate-controlled environment (.64 kWh). This wine cooler uses a compressor which uses a refrigerant to achieve cooling, versus models using the thermoelectric effect. My previous wine coolers were thermoelectric and did not cool as well and cost more to operate probably (didn’t have the power usage device for those previous units). Pleased to say that after 3 full days of use, the cooler is now much quieter, so I think my initial observation of operating noise was a new product getting ‘broken in’. This cooler advertises an 18-bottle capacity, and I’m certain that eighteen 750ml bottles of wine will fit. I’ve got an assortment of Champagne, sparkling ‘California champagne’, rose, Chablis, Sancerre and domestic white wine bottles totaling 15 bottles currently inside the cooler. Not sure I can stuff anymore full-sized bottles in there, probably due to the thickness of the sparkling wine bottles. ... show more

Concern about the noise, sounds like they are boiling water inside unit. Also it didn’t come with a key fir the lock and customer service wants more information that I can provide, including a video, of what? I’m not sure if I will keep it
