I began taking Samento per my doctor's recommendation, but sadly without oversight or information. It was in digging into the Cowden Protocol that I found Burbur-Pinella (a more economical choice for me) and ordered it right away as I was having such heavy symptoms from the Samento at only a few drops. It worked. I was able to begin increasing the Samento much faster. The peaks and valleys are hard, but I get through them all now, and have successfully added in the Banderol as well. It has been a few months, but I am at 50% dose on Samento, 30% on Banderol, and adding Sparga and Zeolite soon. I couldn't have done this without the B-P, but I suspect that remission has a no-pass point if one is failing at supportive diet and fluids, as well as some kind of mental/emotional support. I'm attempting remission for the third time. So far I find that diet, sleep training, mental-emotional practices, and herbs are all going to be required to exist in the same space if I am to get better. I was filming a documentary on chronic illness in America when I located GAPS and triggered remission within 3 months, after spending 5 years letting go of the first remission. So, we caught the second remission on film. Now that I have labs, genetics, and herbs in place, I am feeling like I lost the last 10 years of my life because I could not get through the diseases, when the answers were already located. We can get better.

I was diagnosed with Lyme 4 years ago and have used various treatments. The doctor who diagnosed me recommended this product when I started having symptoms again recently. I started with one drop twice a day and quickly started herxing so I had to stop the drops for a couple days then start again. I am also using a borrelia remedy from DesBio with these that helps my immune system clear the bacteria out after the Banderol breaks the biofilm. I definitely recommend using either homeopathic remedy or antibiotics with this product because using it alone can cause an overload of bacteria in the body and if you have Lyme your immune system is already overloaded. The directions say to start with one drop and work up to thirty and I've found that is very good advice since this product is very effective. After taking these for a couple of weeks now my Lyme symptoms are lessening already. I can only imagine how good I will feel once I get up to taking 30 drops! I use this with the Samento from NutraMedix as well. Glad to see there are such effective products like these from NutraMedix available to treat Lyme!

I've been taking Banderol and Samento since August of 2012, because antibiotics were not helping eliminate the Lyme Disease and Bartonella I've suffered with since 1996. It took about a year for me to finally experience major improvements in my health. In addition, I've found that the herb also has anti-viral properties and I've managed to stay well when others have suffered with the flu, head and chest colds, and multiple viral infections. I had to build up my dosage very slowly because I herx almost continuously. With these two herbs, I could easily raise and lower the dose as needed. Unlike antibiotics, the herbs are far more versatile insofar as dose is concerned. I can't give 5 stars because I still have some bad days, but I've only been able to get to 17 drops of each, twice a day. Others may find that they can up the dosage more frequently and obtain better results. As with all treatments, dose and results are not the same for everyone. Many who have used this combination are in total remission; I have not yet achieved that goal.

I was able to use this product successfully for three years, along with Nutramedix's Samento, to put my Lyme into remission. At first diagnosis, I used traditional antibiotics for a month to address the Lyme, as it had already crossed the blood-brain barrier and I was at risk to lose eyesight and motor function. After a month of Flagyl and Rifamaxin, I was able to rely only on Samento and Banderol to keep Lyme at bay. After three years, it did lose some efficacy, so I now take "Tick Recovery Capsules."

So far so good. I'm keeping Lyme at bay by rotating different tinctures at 30 drops twice a day. I am fortunate to have a naturopath who gave me good council on using Nurtramedix, and on starting the dose out 1 drop twice daily, increasing only a drop per day up to 30 drops. Still, I have had Herxheimer/Healing Crisis reactions. Get the Pinella and Burbur tinctures or combined product just in case. Read up on the use of the toxin cleanse if you get symptoms. Lyme's a bitch. Gotta treat it like one.

I've been diagnosed with a chronic bacterial infection that has caused chronic pain for about 15 years; the past 2 years the pain has been nearly debilitating. I started taking antibiotics and have been steadily improving, but the improvement has been very slow. After about 7 months of taking just antibiotics, my Dr recommended Banderal and Samento. I started taking these two supplements about 2 months ago, and I experienced a rapid improvement over a 2 week period. After the 2 week period, I'm still improving, but the improvement is slow-and steady. I'm still not fully healed, but I'm much better and plan to continue taking until I'm either healed or taking a different product.

I bought this on recommendation from somebody who had parasites and her symptoms were similar to mine. Apparently I do not have parasites, so I never felt a difference taking this product.
