’ve been using Nutrafol Postpartum Hair Growth Supplements for three months, and I’m genuinely impressed with the results! As a new mom dealing with postpartum hair shedding, this supplement has been a game-changer. By the second month, I noticed way less hair falling out in the shower and on my brush, and now I’m seeing baby hairs sprouting along my hairline, making my hair look fuller and healthier. The blend of natural ingredients like shatavari, marine collagen, and theanine seems to work wonders, not just for hair but also for stress relief, which is a huge bonus during the postpartum phase. I love that it’s OBGYN-developed, breastfeeding-friendly, and backed by clinical studies—91% of women saw less shedding after two months, and I’m definitely in that camp! That said, there are a few cons. The price is steep at $88 for a month’s supply, though subscribing saves a bit. For the results, I find it worth it, but it’s a big investment. My hair thinned a LOT after I had my second child, and I had a balding region around the entire outer circumference of my head!! I didn't realize how bad it was until it all grew back with Nutrafol. This stuff works! I wish I started taking it immediately post partum so that I didn't have to deal with all the shedding to begin with

I hate that they cost sooo much but it absolutely helped my hair shedding. I didn’t know what was wrong with my hair but after every wash clumps and clumps of hair came out. I took this for about a month ( not every single day but every weekday) and the over shedding stopped . Also took Vital Proteins Collagen powder. I had a friend that had stomach aches from certain supplements because she was mixing them wrong. If this is you , I recommend you make sure it’s okay to take certain ones together

As a disclaimer, I have never had an issue with hair growth in terms of length. My main goal of taking Nutrafol Postpartum was to prevent thinning of my pre-existing hair. My secondary goal was restoration of hair length. Prior to being pregnant, I had fine, wavy, hip-length hair but cut it to shoulder-length while pregnant. I am a first-time mother and I started noticing significant hair loss around three months postpartum. I was left with a hairball every time I washed/brushed/combed it. This in combination with postpartum depression and all of the life changes caused me distress and so I chose Nutrafol Postpartum as it is safe for breastfeeding mothers. I have been taking it consistently for a little over five months and am happy to share that not only did Nutrafol Postpartum mitigate the shedding, it has also visibly thickened my hair at the scalp, minimized breakage while brushing, and added roughly six inches of length. I did not drastically change my diet nor lifestyle in order to achieve this, and I plan to continue my Nutrafol journey for the unforeseen future. I highly recommend this product to any mother that is hoping to regain their spark and self-esteem after having a baby.

As a breastfeeding mom, I wanted to share my experience so others can make an informed decision. I know dietary supplements are not as tightly regulated as medications, and many experts recommend choosing products that are USP-verified when possible. In the postpartum period I was feeling vulnerable about hair loss and was influenced to try this supplement. After taking it, my newborn became extremely fussy and inconsolable for most of the day. The only time she would settle was while nursing. Of course babies can have fussy periods, but the timing made me pause. When I looked through other reviews, I noticed several breastfeeding mothers reporting similar issues, including increased infant fussiness and some mentioning a dip in their milk supply. I can’t say for certain that the supplement caused our experience, but the timing and similar reports from other moms made me uncomfortable continuing it while breastfeeding. Every baby and parent will be different, but if you are nursing, it may be worth proceeding with caution and discussing with your healthcare provider before starting.

This supplement does not smell or taste as bad as others I have tried. Of note, the serving size is 4 capsules. They are rather large size. It took me about 2.5-3 months to use them all since it was difficult taking 4 pills daily. It did not cause any nausea or other adverse side effects, but I’m not sure I saw any improvement. It could be that I did not use it long enough. I don’t know if the price justifies continued use, so I’ll probably look for an alternative.

Hi! I can't believe that a month has gone by since I started using Nutrifol's Postpartum! I Just realised today that this is a significant progress for me. I am almost 6 months postpartum and noticed visible hair thinning at around 3 months post. I had a delay in taking action because (Thanks mom brain!) I also want to say that I am a licensed Integrative beauty professional and that I 100% 10/10 recommend this product to my own friends, family and clients. Additionally, there is an ingredient that, If you are familiar with Ayurveda, there is an herb known as shatavari AKA the queen of herbs. This particular herb is impressive because it is an adaptogen which helps to balance out women's hormones, reduces stress, and stimulates hair growth while nourishing the scalp. If you weren't already familiar with Ayurveda, there's your first lesson to bridge wellness with beauty ;) Cheers!

I bought this because of postpartum shedding and it transformed my hair in the best way! Within a month my hair stopped shedding and I started to see luster return. About two months later my hair length improved and so did the fullness of my hair. A full three months later and now my edges are growing back and I feel so much more confident! Worth the price and easy to take. Doesn’t taste funny or smell weird. I also appreciate that the capsules didn’t come broken, but stayed intact and powder wasn’t everywhere in the bag.
