I thought the instructions along with the video on this site made it fairly simple. Once you get the brackets secured to the wall it is downhill from there. I bought two, one for each side of the walk in closet. It really gives the closet a very finished professional look.

Some parts were missing when I received it the first time. I requested for all the parts (which they sent most of). I am still missing the main part to hang the closet up. They do not have it in stock and I have to purchase it separate. They did refund a portion ( however not enough to purchase the new metal to hang the closet). The product overall is okay, somewhat flimsy. They offered a full refund, but I have already built the drawers and would be entirely difficult to take to the store to return. I will have to try to find the product on my own to make it work. The company said they are out of what I need so I am stuck with an unusable closet organizer until I can find the part.

This item was shipped through FEDEX in 4 seperate packages over a 2-5 day period after I purchased. The first 2 boxes showed up damaged and open. I watched the FEDEX driver pull a heavy box off the truck and half the parts fell out of the box on the road. He picked them up slid them back in the box and placed on my front porch. Next day second package arrived with 3 missing wardrobe rods and third day the last package arrived. My husband assembled everything he could as it arrived but the organizer is unusable at the moment because we are waiting on missing wardrobe rods. The company selling has responded quickly to our repeated emails and is working with us to get the missing parts to us. I love the look of it but believe this organizer is far to expensive to be miss handled during shipment and damaged with parts missing when you finally receive it. Disappointed to say the least in the process. Order at your own risk.

I like the finished product but the overall quality isn't great. I had several drawers that broke during assembly despite gentle handling. Customer service was terrific and they supplied many more parts than I needed to replace broken ones (now I have five new drawers that I will never use). Assembly isn't difficult provided studs line up with the holes in the rail that supports the unit. If you live in an old home, your in-wall framing is probably more accurate than mine was (making attachment of the rail much easier). I have to say that the molly bolts provided by the manufacturer are junk. None of the molly's I used held. Fortunately, I was able to double or triple up screws into supporting studs I was able to hit.

Just a mess. Bought this to "upgrade" our master walkin from wire racks. What a nightmare. I understand that mistakes happen but at least own up to them and fix them. I have called and left voice messages three times always with a promise of a next day call back and nothing. So now, throughout the holidays we have a walkin vlosets full of stuff stashed around our house. Let me tell ya the wife is thrilled with that.I have so many ridiculous issues with this product. First...the instructions say to come up with your layout. A reasonable person would think that if you were using the whole system without having to cut it they would have tye dimensions somewhere...anywhere....nope. So the "fun" begins right from the start. Then theres the inevitable damage when you put wax paper thin veneer on particle board. See photo. While I wasnt pleased I was able to hide that piece. I think what makes me the angriest is the blatant incompetence. A few of the prefilled holes were just missed. They sent the wrong template for the drawer slides. So I had to figure that out. How do you do that??? How does someone put the very wrong template in...it wasnt even close. BUT HERES THE KICKER...THE THING THAT HAS US COMPLETELY STUCK. The entire system is based on a rail system and notches in the wood that it hangs from. They didnt notch the wood for the end pieces so theres no way to hang them. None. I provided pics and the measuring tape so you can see its the right piece. Such a joke. Whats worse I cant get anyone to answer the phone or call me back.

It wasn't the quality I thought it was. I had someone assemble who had done closet units before and when my adult son went to put his things in, several things wrong and he had to stop and fix before he could hang and put things in the drawers. One drawer from fell off when he went to open it and the person who assembled had to go to home depot to get some parts to make sure it was sturdy.
