What am I reviewing? I am reviewing the 13 Oz Jar of Nutella Hazelnut Spread, With Cocoa. How did this arrive? As is. I would have preferred if this was shrink-wrapped or within some sort of packaging, to give me the impression it was not compromised. Was the jar sealed? The outer portion of the lid was not, underneath the lid it was. Taste? There is no accounting for taste, however, I think this delicious. Size? I actually prefer smaller jars, on the belief, real or imagined, that I would have a fresh supply and if I consumed this slowly, it does not turn into tar-like consistency, which I have seen on much larger sized jars. Expiration date? A February expiration date, is too close for my comfort. When did I receive this? Late December 2024. So, an expiration date, for a product like this, in the area of (60) days, from receipt, I think is too old. Value? I do not feel that I received fair value on a product that retails for ($4.39) but expires in the area of (60) days from receipt. I think this old stock. Rating? Taste, igenerally, t's a five (5), however, based on the totality, including the date of expiration, I thought the taste was not as fresh as I have experienced before, therefore, this is a four (4). So, do not be surprised. I hope my thoughts added information. ... show more
