I have had other products similar to this but they were plastic. This one is made of good quality metal. It is not flimsy and it’s thick and strong. Will be nearly indestructible unlike the plastic ones. The fact that it has metric and SAE along with fine and course threads puts it stars above the plastic ones which didn’t have these features. The price point is very reasonable for something of this quality. I use it a lot in the measuring of bolts and nuts in my work on my land. What could be simpler as I am not as good at guessing sizes as I once was. Would recommend to anyone needing this type of product. I would buy again if the need were to arise. I leave mine right beside my toolbox for quick and easy access.

The quality of the Aluminum, the overall thickness so each threaded hole has enough threads to get a true reading, the etching, the overall length at 20” gives each size plenty of room to maneuver - are ALL TOP NOTCH. I loved the blue anodized look too. Well done & worth the money.
