After some reasearch on what to feed my kitten, I decided on NULO chicken Turkey paté for my kittens primary meals. I have purchased 2 cases of this food in the past 4 months, and my cat loves it. I was about to purchase more to find it is unavailable, but I cannot find why. Are the comments about recipe change true, was there a couple bad batches as previous reviews state? Nulo please respond to your costumers. I am so glad I feed my kitten a varied diet including Nulo, Tikicat, Instinct Raw and fancy feast paté, exactly for situations like this when one is not available; That is a cat owner responsiblility, but I would like companies like Nulo that have loyal customers to be more transparent about these changes! ... show more

The cat food is the #1 for cats with wonderful ingredients. My complaint is with how Amazon destroyed the box. Every can was bent and the box was ripped apart with the contents spilled out inside the package! I have to store 12 cans loosely on the shelf! I don’t know if it was dropped from a high shelf or just mishandled. I could not believe the state it was in and the warehouse thought it acceptable to send in that condition! ... show more

I got this after finding out cats should only really eat wet food. Transitioning one of my cats off of kibble was really hard and she was very picky on which types of wet food she would eat. She loved "minced" types of foods, so I gave nulo a shot, and she absolutely devoured it. My other one is a garbage disposal and will eat anything, so it is no surprise he loved this one as well. That is his paw in the picture. Nulo is a great brand and most importantly they have great ingredients. I give them half a can each for breakfast and sprinkle freeze dried treats on top of their food for an extra topper. There is three "flavors", turkey and duck, salmon and turkey, beef and mackerel. Both of my cats adore the turkey and duck as well as the salmon and turkey, but they are not too keen on beef and mackerel. ... show more

My kittens absolutely LOVE this food! The only downfall is every single time I order it (and its not cheap) there are MAJOR quality issues. What looks like dirt or an exploded can contents all over every can, all over the interior and exterior of the box. Even a few sealed but EMPTY cans of food!!!!! This is very concerning, especially in regards to contamination. I've seen multiple reviews stating other issues like this. This is very disappointing as I've purchased many cases thinking/hoping it was just a fluke. My kittens really LOVE this food, so it's disappointing to think this issue can't be fixed. I think the shreds might be too large for a kitten or a small cat. If food pieces are too large, they could get stuck in a cat's throat. There is very little gravy in the cans, and the gravy looks like oily, sticky, gelatin. I gave my cat the chicken and duck flavor. He sniffed it and walked away. Then I mashed the food with a fork so that it was more like pate. He still would not eat it. I offered my cat all the flavors. He sniffed all of them and would not eat them. The way a food smells is important to a cat, and my cat hates the way this food smells. This food is non-returnable, so I wasted my money. ... show more

My cat was kibble obsessed and now she can’t get enough of nullo. I also feed her the Nulo kibble occasionally, but between the two her coat is looking a lot better and i can tell by her water fountain she’s a lot more hydrated because I'm having to refill the water a lot less.
