Do not buy this cheap mic, it’s not worth it just spend the extra 25-50 on a better one. Cheap earmuff, using the usb is the only option using bluetooth makes it sound horrible. and ever since I plugged the usb into my pc it’s been interfering with my controller (I tried with 3 different controllers and they all did the same) and causing my cod screen and rocket league to spin in circles. They were a Christmas gift to myself. My old ps4 gold headphones are still great. But, I wanted new ones for my ps5. The battery was charged out the box. It came with all the USB and 3.5 mm phone jack cords. Connection was simple with the dongle. Some people have said its not compatible with the ps5. It connected to mine with ZERO issues. As far as sound quality, they sound as good as my old ps4 gold headphones. The mic is super sensitive. And they are very comfortable. Great for call of duty! ... show more

    • Microphone didn’t work with Switch when docked

We got these specifically for the Switch and we couldn’t get the microphone to work with it. You could plug the headset into the Switch itself and the microphone would work, but if you dock the Switch and plug these into the dock, the microphone doesn’t work. Or if you plug these into a wired controller with a headphone jack, that doesn’t work either. We know Switch doesn’t support Bluetooth microphones, but this is wired, so it should have worked. When playing game with headset and volume up all the way, cant hear the game good but you can hear people talking loud and clear and it wired to controller. It say it wireless, but it a-lot quiet. People say it echo when im talking. Plus headset is not comfy.
