So far so good. Seriously feels like a expensive headphone you'd by, like beats. Game sounds feel crystal clear, your range in game catches more tiny details like walking, enemy footsteps etc. Not bad for a 25 dollars. These are pretty comfy and convenient to charge. Audio & quality best used in wired mode. Tried using it via Bluetooth and the audio quality was pretty low ( swear I made sure my volume on my pc was up ) . Didn’t bother trying using the usb as it’s already taken up by my controller.

<del> Cloth ear cups? I was unsure, especially after using JBL Quantum 610's for two years. The sound was fantastic, but they broke down twice, and the ear sweat was unbearable. Switching to the Nubwo's, I immediately noticed a difference. No more ear sweat, even in the 107°F Texas heat. While the range is about 20 feet shorter than the 610's, the connection is incredibly stable. The signal strength allows for clear communication through all kinds of obstacles, from walls to metal doors, without turning into Mr. Roboto. With the JBL's, I could listen up to 80 feet away but struggled with microphone signal loss through anything more than a wooden wall. The Nubwo's, however, handle metal and other barriers with ease. Both use a 2.4 GHz dongle, but it's clear the Nubwo's transmitter is of higher quality. And I can't emphasize enough how much more comfortable the cloth ear cups are in this heat. </del> I previously contacted Nubwo regarding an intermittent issue where the headset would not reliably connect to the USB dongle. Their suggestion? Use the provided wired cable. I resisted because I didn’t buy a wireless headset to use it as wired. Reluctantly, I tried the corded setup, and the issue temporarily resolved itself. Today, January 20th, 2025, the problem is no longer intermittent—the headset will not connect to the USB dongle at all, no matter which of my 10 working USB ports I try. This has rendered the headset completely unusable in its intended wireless mode. CUSTOMER SUPPORT: A COMPLETE LETDOWN Nubwo's customer service is an absolute nightmare. They insist on using an outdated email-based ticket system that is slow, unhelpful, and infuriating. To make matters worse, the Asurion warranty I purchased alongside this headset through Amazon has proven equally worthless. Asurion refuses to assist directly, constantly redirecting me to Nubwo’s ticket system. Neither company takes responsibility, and I’m left without support or resolution. SUMMARY: AVOID THIS PRODUCT The only positive feature of this headset is the cloth ear cups, which are genuinely comfortable. However, comfort means nothing when the device itself fails as a wireless headset, and customer support is non-existent. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR: Save your money, time, and sanity by avoiding this product entirely. Unless Nubwo sends me multiple replacements (which I doubt will happen), this headset is destined for the junk heap of failed electronics—right next to the infamous Atari ET cartridges. ... show more

Only used it a couple of days, but the battery is excellent. Like a third of the battery in two whole days and a half of another! Sound quality is good, and they feel amazing. My brother in law recommended them, and he did not disappoint!

I bought this for my husband and he loved them!! He said the mic works like a charm and his friends said they can listen to him better. It also blocks out noise which is so cool! And all you need to carry is the usb and the headset you don’t even have to connect it with a cable.
