Knees feeling better after 30 days. I would imagine by the second bottle should feel even less pain. I don't like to give 5 stars for supplements because not every person is the same, but for me, there seems to be a nice improvement. I have taken NOW products for awhile and they are good quality for the price. Supplements can cost a lot which is why many people buy the cheap stuff which doesn't actually do much. I do not take them for pain, I am taking them because as we get older I think joint support is important. I can only hope they are doing their job. Familiar with brand and price was good. Pretty easy to swallow and do not notice a flavor.

I take this right after working out. I take the more standard glucosamine + chondroitin in the morning, and in the evening as well if I worked my knees (squats, leg press) or shoulders hard in the gym. I'm not in my 20s anymore, so I'm not taking any chances. I can't say that I know it makes me feel better. But I can say that I started taking this when I started to hit the gym HARD (insanely trying to add muscle mass), and my recovery time has been shorter than years ago when I used no supplements. Now, I also use L-glutamine, fish oil, Mg-Zn-Ca, and a multivitamin daily. Not a bad mix if you're a gym rat. ... show more

This worked great for me. I had some shoulder pain that felt like it was in the joint not muscle...I didn't see my doctor, maybe I should have.....but I tried this, and after 2 days my shoulder pain was gone.
