So I’ve been taking this supplement for a little over a month. My blood pressure was hovering around 150/90 before I started taking it. After 30 days I am down to 129/77 (with a 69 pulse which I’ve never seen before. Usually I’m 90-100) and I plan on continuing with this supplement because though the changes are very gradual there are definite changes in my blood pressure, stress response, and general health that progresses every week. It’s important to note that Hawthorn is a slow acting herb and will not work instantly. But it’s powerful and I feel confident that in time it will definitely produce the desired results. Fully expecting to see my blood pressure continue to decrease the longer I take this per the pattern I’m seeing after month one. Stick with it. It works! ... show more

This seems to help me just fine. No side effects. I would recommend over perscripts. Why overline the pockets of pharmaceutical companies, and put chemicals in your body when you can take safer supplements.

I gave 3 stars because it does work to lower blood pressure but it made my heart race and I felt anxious after taking. I stopped taking for that reason.

along with the blood pressure RX I take, this supplement. It works to lower my BP to a normal range. NOW products are good, reasonably priced and most important, they do what they are supposed to do and they are SAFE

My body's never been a fan of grape seed oil but I think it needs it anyway. there's a specific medical reason why I think this works but no doctor would support it. I know the hawthorn works. I'll keep taking the combo since my problem is with timing. Personally, I cringe at the taste of grape seed oil but I know many people who love it. It's a subjective thing. To me, this pill tastes and smells like grape seed oil but it's not going to make me stop taking it. I wouldn't change it. I prefer my pills in cap or capsule form over softgels.
