Description

B-100 Caps provide a full complement of B-vitamins plus choline and inositol. These vitamins work to support energy production, maintain healthy homocysteine metabolism, and promote the health of the nervous system. B-vitamins are water soluble, and with the exception of B-12, have limited storage in the body and thus require daily replenishment. I like the NOW Supplements brand. It allows you to get a quality product at a good price (as well as a good number of pills for each bottle). This is a great source of B vitamins if you are needing extra of those. The only thing I would say about this product, is that is still uses folic acid as its folate. I love Now vitamins and did have these on subscription. But suddenly they can’t supply it this month. So I searched it on Amazon again and found it from Now - $4 cheaper non-subscription. Don’t subscribe from a 3rd party. Better yet, patronize your local markets.

I noticed an improvement in my energy levels after taking it.
