The glasses look expensive with the metal finish and are made well. Lenses seem pretty durable compared to similarly priced non-prescription eyewear. Many I have purchased before have screws that come loose, but so far after a month these glasses have not had that annoying problem. Half frames don’t take much abuse. If lens pops out due to dropping or twisting, you’ll most likely never get it back in. Just throw away .

These glasses were well priced, fit well, are durable and have no distortion. They stay clean enough and have good break-resistant spring-loaded beams. Having 5 pair allows me to easily place others where I may need them throughout the house and office.

These are the best readers I've had at any price, but they're also very affordable. My vision is great with them, they're light weight and comfortable. I don't know about the scratch resistance yet.

I really wanted to like these, I tried to like these half frame reading glasses. The lens have a clear field, consistent magnification. The issue was the frames, they are not structurally stable. Compound the rickety frames with the spring hinge, they move all over the place. They will not stay behind the ears or up on the nose. It was a constant fight to keep them up and in position. Efforts to shape the ear pieces and nose pads didn't help at all. I have an average sized head, not fat or tiny. I eventually had to return them opting for new tried and true Foster Grants. I am sure there are other reading glasses that might measure up, but much like buying shoes, it is a roll of the dice buying reading glasses online. ... show more
