I have ordered this runner twice. Not because I needed a replacement but because I decided to remove my other runner and replace it too. I bought the twelve foot one for the area from my hall to the back door because I have a dog who gets scared when he slips and ends up going "scooby doo". The second we finished putting it down he ran across it with so much confidence that I immediately placed an order for another for my hallway (10 foot) and once again he is much better. The rug itself is pretty basic and rough (think jute or outdoor) but it's not bad on bare feet and the colors work well once you get used to it. The rug colors are great for my fall decor however the rugs weave has several faults with this pic being the largest. I have no way to return and hope that nothing catches the lose weave and the whole rug comes unraveled. Can there be a price reduction and or a new rug sent?
