Why did you pick this product vs others?: I bought this for my son and it was an extreme disappointment. It had so many glitches and losing signals constantly. I traveled back to the Caribbean and could return the malfunctioning phone, requested a partial refund and was told I had to return item completely. So I am to absorb a cost that shouldn't have been in the 1st place becaue I didn't pay with a malfunctioning card and none of this was told to me that I was buying a faulty item.
