I like how gentle the cleanser is. It feels good, cleans my skin, and doesn’t over strip. However, it has a real weird smell that I do not like at all. It smells kind of stale in all honesty. Perhaps I just got a bad batch. Beyond the smell I do like how it feels, cleans, and lathers. Not a bad product but definitely a bit expensive for how much you get.

I wanted to entirely change up my skincare routine. I didn’t like the one I had, so I just didn’t take care of my face properly. As someone in their early 30s that was a huge risk. I got this cleanser for double cleansing and OMG does it make my skin feel like a baby’s bottom! It leaves my skin feeling smooth. It’s fragrance free and a little bit goes a long way. I will say it’s a small container so I’m not sure how long it’ll last me. But it should be a good amount of time before I have to get another one! I’ll come back and let you know how long it lasts!

This cleanser is a surprise find. There’s no scent. The product is clear like a gel and you don’t need much product to cleanse the face. I’ve been using this for several weeks, and have been so happy with the happily unexpected results. I’m always hesitant about trying new products since I have sensitive/combo skin. I started by using this Norie cleanser at night. Within a day or two, I saw that little bumps I had from wearing a conference call headset daily were gone! Over the week, I noticed how my face was softer and hydrated. This cleanser was the only thing I was doing differently. I also use it for double cleansing, especially on the days when I go into the office. I use my heavier makeup removing cleanser, wash, put on the Norie cleanser and wash. Every time, my face is clean and I do not feel the skin tighten (happens with many facial cleansers). Afterwards I put on my usual toner/essence and face lotion. I don’t think the product was made to be used this way… Probably from stress, I had this patch of combination pimples/irritation and was at a loss. Out of desperation, I put the Norie cleanser on the area overnight. By morning, calmed skin! The blackheads on my nose greatly reduced after several days of using this cleanser. Better than using masks to remove the blackheads because my nose didn’t feel scraped or tight or burning. And for those who travel, this packaging is fantastic! Of course, there’s no problem w TSA’s limits. The shape is perfect for any toiletry bag. It’s not bulky and stiff, like my Kiehl’s cleanser. AND every last drop comes out. I often cut the package to get the “extra” that you can never get through normal use. There were no cleanser left in the Norie package. All used. Usually with the Kiehl’s cleanser, I get several good globs of product after cutting the packaging. I rarely write reviews, much less a lengthy one. This cleanser truly is worth trying.

So this cleanser has pros and cons. Pros are it does a fabulous job or reducing the oily zone and removing blackheads from my nose. It has no scent and does not irritate my incredibly sensitive skin. You only need a teenie amount, like a half a pea. The only con is it can be drying so I just make sure to use a great moisturizer or oil post wash. If you have an oily tone or an oily face in general, I would recommend this and pores be gone!

The Norie Kimchii Cleanser foams up well and doesn't leave my skin feeling stripped. I'm appreciative of the 2% salicylic acid in the formula. Great product I'd lean on for daily use to maintain clear skin.

I was excited to try this cleanser, as I had seen it mentioned in several beauty articles as a great new product. I have combination skin and am always on the hunt for cleansers and other products that achieve that perfect balance of moisture without leaving my skin dry or causing breakouts. This one is pretty good – I haven’t had dry patches or unusual acne – but it’s not a magic wand, either. And it’s very spendy. I’m glad I got to try it, but I can get just as good (if not better) cleansers for way less.
