The vault arrived without weights etc. I called amazon and it is NOT easy to navigate their automated customer service - takes much effort to talk to a human. At first they offered to refund equivalent to the cost of the weights so that o could buy them directly from Nordictrack. But after 2 weeks no refund. A second attempt and I got a refund after I requested a return. So my review is about amazon not about the vault. It’s better to buy it from Nordictrack directly. First it’s cheaper there but secondly their customer service is super nice and extremely helpful. Amazon is terrific for many things but this was not a good experience ... show more

One star ONLY because you have to at least select one!! The mirror was cracked and spidered. This is advertised to come with the fitness accessories, but it does not!! No dumbells, no kettle bells, no resistance bands, no yoga mat. I will update this review if they give me a hard time for a FULL refund. ... show more

Weights/Bands/ Accessories not included although you are paying for them. No contact info and the only option is to return item which was a pain to do so. I’m one month in and still no refund or update!

My wife and I use NordicTrack treadmills, bikes, and rowers and love them and their iFit integrations. I bought the vault almost 2 years ago. In that time I've had nothing but issues with it. First, half the weight only workouts do not support vault. It's crazy that I can do a dumbbell only workout on the monitor of the bike or a TV, but not the vault. All new workouts are also missing from the vault. It is discontinued so this will only get worse. It's a brick that costs a lot. My advice, buy some good weights and a TV, use the slightly better, but still terrible iFit app for fireTV or get an Apple TV and use Apple Workouts. ... show more

    • Don’t buy it if you are not rich
I bought it and it is the worst decision of my life. Because they just sell you a mirror for more than 1k and if you want it to work you have to pay 400 per year for the membership or it just like a 5 dollar mirror you buy in the walmart. So don’t be like me and go the gym. It cost you cheaper
