If you remember Nokia cellphones from 15-25 years ago. This will remind you about all the "quirks" which should never happen with modern phones. I have this phone for 7 months now, the phone stopped allowing me to login after a recent update. the pin is no longer accepted. there is no way to factory reset the phone, I tried all options given on user manual and on the internet. the phone goes into a boot loop with android one logo , when pressing Power + volume up. pressing volume down + power gets the phone in fastboot mode but phone is not recognized on computer ( installed mediatek drivers ). Reaching out to Nokia support on chat they said they cant hep with a phone in boot mode and to reach out to service center. Link for service request ( provided by support) , after adding details ( imei etc) shows the phone is not in warranty. submitted request any way . Waiting for support to email back and see if they will take the phone and fix it. ... show more
