The product itself had stopped working for me all of sudden. For when it had locked up on me all of sudden at the start up logo screen. Without giving me the option to do factory reset at all sadly due to a poor design done on the smart phone for this... So I was required to return the Smart Phone for a full refund, as a result so buyers I wouldn't even buy the Smart all until they take it off the market to improve upon the design for doing factory reset for when the Smart Phone locks up on someone! ... show more

The description says phone is unlocked but that isn't true. The phone is locked and cannot be used overseas.

So, my fiancé needed a new phone so, I found this one and liked it. He has Verizon so, since it said it works I got it. He tried for a couple of days but, it wouldn’t work. So, I really can’t say how well the battery life is and stuff. Because it didn’t work with his phone provider

Needed an inexpensive phone plan, so bought an inexpensive phone, too, since I only do talk and text, and very little of either; yeah, I don't live my life inside a 2.5x5 inch screen. First off, getting ANY support from Nokia is impossible, so total failure to communicate. The phone itself is faulty...try to leave any app (phone call, text) and you can't go back to home screen WITHOUT TURNING THE PHONE OFF AND REBOOTING IT. What a waste of time. Suspect the phone is a lemon, but since I can't reach NOKIA to ask about the problem, I have no recourse but to give both phone and its maker a bad review. I'd give both a big, fat zero, but apparently that's not an option... DO NOT BUY NOKIA PRODUCTS! ... show more

    • Poor speaker the interrupt the call when the screen goes dark
Phone has a design issue. This is my third one ( 3rd IMEI number). I sent the first one on repair for bad speaker. The second one, When you are on speaker, few second after the screen goes dark, the conversation is interrupted. Now on my third with the exact same issue as on the 2nd one. CLEARLY a DESIGN PROBLEM !!! Also for a phone that came out not long ago, it is weird that the phone app from GOOGLE play store DOES NOT SUPPORT this model. this is my FIRST (maybe second) ever review of anything. Not worth buying. PS: I have the 4/128 GB model ... show more
