If the Google Assistant button is not obstructed, please ensure that there is no dirt or debris in the headphone port of your product. If the headphone port is also clear, please disable the microphone permission of the Google Assistant, by going to Settings > Apps & Notifications > Google App > Permission > Microphone > Deny. How can I turn up the volume to my speaker? First, please ensure that there is no dirt or debris in the headphone port of your product. Firstly, I'd liked to say that I've always loved Nokia phones... however this one had me swearing like a sailor. I bought it for my brother who lives in Trinidad and Tobago. I thought factory unlocked, International phone... boy was I wrong. I set it up in the US for my brother and left it where all he had to do was put the sim card in the slot.. The phone froze and started to reboot itself in a loop... I had to have it shipped back to the US and I ended up buying a Samsung A50. I'm disappointed that Nokia has dropped the ball again... I tried to be patient but this phone is not good at all. I cannot hear most of the the time. I am so disappointed and the return time was too short. I honestly feel as if this phone was just put to be sold and it was not good. This may not be the case but I tried to see if maybe the problem was me but it was not. The phone is difficult to navigate, it is not easy to find the back button, it freezes up and shuts down at times and there are times that I could not hear for a good bit of the calls. Also, there are two sims but navigating between both of them is difficult and I could not even use a different ring tone to differentiate between the two sims. It is annoying.
