Honestly a fantastic feature phone, but unfortunately incompatible with my cell phone plan, even though they confirmed compatibility before I purchased it. Not sure what the problem was, so I had to return it. From the few minutes of looking at it I could tell it's a quality device, and if it works with your plan I would highly recommend it!     • Worst phone I've ever used
This phone is garbage. Can't even do basic calling and texting on it. Disconnects from the network every 2-3 minutes and requires a reboot to re-establish connection. Don't waste your time opening the box. Place it straight in the bin and save yourself an hour of frustration.

Works well and reliable. It does work with US carriers that are GSM like Tmobile. You'll get a message that its not fully compatible but it still works fine. I think thats only because it doesn't have 5g. It feels like a cheaper plastic than what the old Nokia bricks were but its just as hardy. It fell out of my pocket while I was running and skidded across asphalt and was completely fine. My only complaint is that it doesn't do group messaging. You get all the messages individually and can only respond to individuals. You can get picture messages but they are microscopic. ... show more

The phone is great but it is not compatible with att or verizon so im not sure what to do with it now. I dont like returning products in general but it is useless now.

I love this phone! It's basic in the extreme - has a lot of functionality but comes with everything turned off. This is a pocket sized settings safari - you'll be in the menu for a minute. Explore the "profiles" thoroughly - you can turn on the keypad backlighting, change the ringtone (the default made me want to slap someone), silence the phone, etc. You just have to play with it for an age. Perfect if you want a basic 'old school' phone. Even if you want to use your smart phone and just have a back up for times when you want to be less available. Took me back to my younger days. Also a great option for tweens that need to make a call to mom or dad or text from practice / sporting events, emergencies, or just to stay in touch without having all the worries of too many apps, internet, etc. It does have internet capabilities, but believe me when I say...it is NOT the same thing. Kids will not be able to really do much on there regarding internet. At least not in the way they are used to with smart phones. LOL. ... show more
