I really love this bag! It's a nice size. My spiral notebook fits perfectly, along with a few extra items that I need to take back and forth to work. I carry this bag in addition to my regular purse. I was a little surprised at how thin the straps are. Please keep this in mind if you're looking for a bag that can handle some weight, because in my opinion, this bag cannot. Just to be safe, I won't even put my laptop in it. A tablet or maybe a super thin laptop would be okay, but I wouldn't risk anything heavier. I was hesitant to buy because a lot of the reviews mentioned there is no structure to the bottom of the bag or the sides. When you first take the bag out of the box, it does appear cheap and cannot stand on its own, but after about 2 weeks, it molds to easily sit upright and appears more like a structured bag. I keep my purse pretty full so that may have helped, but it seems to get better the more use I get out of it. I ordered the mustard yellow new style and although the picture looks different from the reality, I ended up really liking the color. I plan to try other “leather like” colors for a side by side comparison and will update my review! Hopefully this is helpful! ... show more

I'd bought this silver bag to go with my silver shoes and hat for a gala costume event. Then, the week after the event, I used it to carry birthday presents to my friend's party. Well, after she'd opened her presents, I reached to grab the bag bag...and she wouldn't let go of it. Hahaha! So I bought myself another one. I bought the purple bag to match a dress I was wearing to an event but the color was more of a burgundy with a purple tint. So, I sent the purple bag back and ordered the color “purple new-style” it was a perfect match. I included a picture of the purple next to my burgundy sweater (top) and purple new-style next to my purple outfit (bottom), you can see the difference. Also, these bags are very roomy and lightweight. The material is cheap and thin so I would not recommend using them for everyday use but they are perfect to wear with an outfit or two. ... show more

The color is true to picture, a dusty rose, so very happy with that. The texture is marbled, not smooth, but that's not noticeable just in passing. It's a great bag for day trips, but not a "purse" for everyday use. Construction of sides is of flimsy materials, but not noticeable until you look closely. In passing, it looks like a normal, sturdy bag. I use it for doctor/dental appointments for water bottles or extra clothes/shoes in case I'm wearing something uncomfortable.
