It's a really good product! I did notice an improvement in skin quality in the first week of use. It's not a miracle worker, but it is an improvement. If you have dry skin, you should probably use a moisturizer over it, but it does seem somewhat hydrating.

I haven't used this product for long enough to speak of its effectiveness at improving my skins hydration, firmness, and reducing wrinkles. However upon first application, I noticed that the smell of perfumes in this product was overwhelming. Not a pleasant smell either; very strong. I tried applying to my face, however I have problems with ezcema in this area, so after a few sensitive outbreaks, I decided to just use it on my décolletage and my neck, and find something more sensitive for my face. I have started to use this product recently and love it after my cousin in Wales kept telling me how good it was. It is lightweight, non-greasy, leaves the areas moisturized, and ingredients are of a good sort. I have started to see a difference in my skin and neck. Recommend purchase.

It arrived in outside package safely, however these products have no inner safety seal, and one end of the box is opened. This is common with this brand (and many cosmetics), and both items I bought are packaged by No7 this way. I love No 7 brand, the serum is amazing, and I would have given this five stars if the boxes the actual cosmetics were in weren't damaged A) and B) if I could tell if somebody had used them because there's many reports in the reviews for this seller that they think the cosmetics were used. I'm taking the risk to use the product as it does smell, feel and appear to work as the No 7 product. So I do believe it is the product, however they truly need to find a different way to seal it so we know the item hasn't been opened used or emptied and replaced. Until that time it will probably not rebuy this product from Amazon and just buy it locally in person.
