I took my daughter to the salon to get her hair colored purple. It started to fade within the first month. I purchased this shampoo and conditioner combo to refresh the color. I have been thrilled with the results. She has light brown hair and we didn't lighten it before coloring. I'm sure that's why the color fades so quickly. I dampened her hair with water and applied the shampoo like you would color. I put a shower cap on her and used the blow dryer to apply heat for 15 minutes. The color was amazing! It last for a couple of weeks before we need to repete the process. She does use the shampoo and conditioner once a week while showering. This is a great product to keep the color looking fresh. Sure beats going back to the salon.

I find that using this product leaves my hair feeling dry. Also, it deposits a blue hue that isn’t expected when working with lavender. Unsure if I’ll order again.
