Before switching to joico I would strictly buy redken shampoo and conditioner thinking it was the best but after my recent hair appointment my hairstylist was talking about how she would never switch joico for anything which I found interesting so I decided to give this joico shampoo and conditioner a try and omg I was missing out it’s a life changer redken wouldn't really do as much to my hair as joico it actually makes me hair so much softer and gives it a nice shine my hair also seems less tangled I will forever recommend joico now. ... show more

Love this brand and this product but it came frozen because the delivery guy messed up so they spent the night in the truck and froze sadly but I was able to thaw them in warm water and they worked normal didn’t smell weird or anything and texture was the same so them freezing really didn’t ruin or affect them but it took a while thawing them out and this product makes my hair so soft helps with hydrating and dead ends and it’s very expensive but great quality and works well ... show more
