The media could not be loaded. Install was simple and feels VERY secure, best for a flat surface. The sticker is larger than the mount plate but it is clear and not really noticeable when mounting is complete, see pics. The mounting sticker has little bolts embeded in it with cap nuts to secure the mount plate with. This is by far the best mount I've seen offered with these. They are plastic, but look very nice, and seem sturdy. The one negative I have is the bottle on the left has a wobbly handle, it doesn't seem to affect the operation of it, but it's not firm like the other 2. I have messaged the seller to see if they may remedy this by sending just another bottle. I will update if so. If you are like me and have read all the horror stories of bad mounting tape sent with this style of dispenser, then you will be happy with the mounting of this unit. I hope the mounting system stays consistent, as with products like this consistency seems to be hit or miss. It dispenses a nice amount in one pull, see video. Update seller went out of their way to remedy the wobbly handle bottle!

Pro: Want to upscale your bathroom? Buy these! Black and sleek. Durable and easy to install. Pump functioned well for 2 years. Fit a good amount of product. My sister in law bought bc she loved mine. Also used for our Airbnb! Con: owned for 2 years when the conditioner bottle would not flush through then I could no longer use the key to remove it for cleaning. It was super hard to remove from my shower.

I love the look and function of this product but the dispenser handle broke after less than a year of gentle use. I would like to buy a replacement bottle for just one of the dispensers but I don't see that as an option and I do not see a way to contact the seller. This review is actually an attempt to reach out to the seller to see if I can get an affordable replacement!

Good product they worked great easy to install no holes in the bathroom but the can make the room feel cheap don’t think dispensing pump like this in a house setting work well (feels like hotel or public bathroom) 🚽 the product is great though.

I installed it per directions and it was really quite easy. I recommend lightly scrubbing the shower wall with vinegar or CRX to get any mineral build up or residue cleaned off. Then clean it with alcohol. Once, I did that, it stuck to the shower wall great! Unfortunately, after a week of use, one of the canisters got stuck in the open position and every drop of my shampoo leaked out and went down the drain. Even after rinsing it out and pumping the pump many times, it's still stuck in the open position and I can't refill it. I will be contacting the manufacturer to see about a replacement. I can say though that the two that didn't leak out, work great! They pump a sufficient amount out per pump and I love the look of it. I'm really hoping the manufacture will send me a replacement for the one that's stuck. I will update with the results.
