As many other reviews have stated, there is a major flaw in the cap design. I purchased 2 of these face washes at the same time and both arrived broken where the center peg on the inside of the cap had broken off and became stuck in the dispensing hole. Using a knife carefully was the only way I could get them unplugged. I even tried to glue the center pegs back on but that failed. Aside from that, the face wash is good - reasonably priced and does a good job. It could be a bit more moisturizing for me but that could simply be my skin type. Neutrogena makes a similar product that I will be switching to since their packaging is much better and I can effectively store them and use them without issue. ... show more
