The lather is thick. However, I was expecting the soap to smell like the lotion. It does not, but the lather and moisturizing qualities outweigh. I would buy this again.

I've purchased this soap for YEARS and can only find it on Amazon. If you've never tried it, please do. It's not slimy and melty like some other soaps. Bar lasts FOREVER because it doesn't melt easily and there is no mess in the soap dish. Leaves skin moisturized. Mild scent. Perfect.

My first introduction to Nivea bar soaps was after a surgery. The hospital I was staying in had little round bars of Nivea that were in their showers. I noticed how moisturizing they were, so much so that they helped remove the sticky residue from all of the bandages I had on my body. I also liked the light scent it had compared to other moisturizer soaps like Dove, which oftentimes have overwhelming scents attached to them. The only problem with this soap is how hard it is to get, especially in the United States. I lucked out and recently found a 6 pack of these at a local Marshall’s discount outlet. I’m currently on oral chemotherapy, which has really impacted the condition of my skin. These bars have definitely helped me keep the dryness at bay. It has a light pleasant scent, and is moisturizing without feeling heavy. Great bar of soap! ... show more
