We bought this for our flock of 24 Hookbill ducks. Not only are the ducks happy, but we are extremely happy with the fact it's so durable and the duck's talons have not been able to pierce or damage it. Watching them enjoy their best lives is so much fun! The depth is perfect for the ducks as it allows them to swim and dive! If you're looking for a durable dog pool for your dog, this will be perfect for larger breeds, but not small breeds as they will not touch the bottom (you would need an escape ramp). It was fun till it got cold. But now we have a few good ideas,a pump and some tools, so I'm sure they'll love it more now tht it's getting hot! The Niubya Portable Dog Pool is a solid basic option if you just want a quick place for your pup to splash around or cool off in warm weather. It’s easy to set up—just unfold it, fill with water, and you’re ready to go. The foldable design also makes it nice for storage, and it doesn’t take up much space when not in use. In terms of construction, the pool seems fairly sturdy for light use, but it doesn’t feel super rugged. It handled my dog’s paws fine during casual play, but I wouldn’t count on it for more energetic chewers or really sharp nails. The material is thick enough, but I do wish it felt a bit more durable overall. Overall, this pet pool is fine if you need something affordable and easy to use for occasional cooling-off sessions. Just don’t expect it to be indestructible or perfect for heavy daily play. It’s a decent buy for the price. ... show more

After going through several blow-up pools that were a pain to repair, I was looking for something a little sturdier that might last 4 kids longer than a few weeks before deflating. I settled on this, but was a bit concerned about the sides staying up and that they would be tough for the 1.5-year-olds that are used to bouncy sides. But I didn't need to worry. This pool is really sturdy, stays up well, but is flexible enough to accommodate some wild toddlers. We've had it over a month and haven't had any need for repairs - no scratches, tears, etc. The kids love it, and even the 1.5-year-olds can get in and out on their own after some practice. It is really easy to set up, take down, move (without water), and store. The valve makes emptying easier, but our size is small enough you can lift it to dump it. Our HOA doesn't allow kiddie pools to stay up for "periods of time" (lame, I know), so this is a great option because it is pretty light weight, so we can empty it and throw it in the garage to dry before folding up. Really an excellent value for the cost. You might be paying a bit more than a blow up pool, but this is going to last a lot longer without need for replacement or repair. ... show more

Good value for the price but bottom is thin and got a hole quickly even with a tarp over grass. I was able to patch the hole easily. The size is great for two kids 4 and 6 to play and "swim" around. I like that it us deeper than the hard plastic Walmart pool it replaced so the water stays cool longer. Putting away is so simple and takes very little space. ... show more
