So glad I did my research - I found a winner!
Size: Queen
Color: Microfiber Sussex Fudge Cover
I did a significant amount of research on futons (and sofa beds, in fact) before purchasing this, so I know how important reviews are and I wanted to share my satisfaction! I have a small guest room and wanted a comfortable bed for my guests without a queen mattress taking up the entire room, and I wanted the piece to be a solid piece of furniture that complemented the room rather than making it feel dorm-like. I'm so happy I chose this one! The futon frame shipped quickly, and the queen mattress arrived separately a few days later. The frame box weighs a TON, so make sure you plan for how to get it into your place. It's probably easiest to assemble this with two people, but I did it on my own (26 yo female) successfully in a few hours. I wouldn't say the directions are foolproof and incredibly clear, but it went together, and all the pieces were there. Be careful not to force the bolts or you'll strip the metal. Overall, it's really high-quality. It takes two people to raise and lower it, and you have to wiggle it a bit, but it does what it's supposed to do smoothly. The mattress is awesome. Doesn't slide around in couch position. I realized after I ordered it that if you order through the seller's direct site, you can opt for a 10-in mattress, which might be a good choice too, but I'm happy with the 8-in. My mom is visiting this week and gives it high marks for sleeping. You CAN feel the middle support bar when it's flat if you are sleeping directly in the middle, but it's not a big deal, and we put a pretty thin featherbed/comforter between the mattress and the sheets which made it even more awesome. She has a bad back and says it's wonderful to sleep on. The microfiber is soft and cozy. It does have that new smell, but it's not bad unless your face is right next to it, and I'm sure it will go away with time. Overall, I'm so glad I did my research and decided on this one. I look forward to using it for a long time to come.

Fouton Frame and Mattress set supplied by DCG stores purchased on Amazon for our RV!
Size: Full
Color: Microfiber Sussex Fudge Cover
We removed our old l-shaped couch from our RV because the faux leather was just coming off in small pieces everywhere. We looked at all types of replacement RV couches and recliners everywhere. After removing our old set and based on the fact that we had 80" of room, we finally decided that the Stanford set sold by DCG stores would fit our needs. After placing my order thru Amazon, several days later I contacted Amazon with a request to upgrade the mattress. Amazon contacted the vendor and relayed our request. Allana with DCG stores contacted me and explained the differences in materials, athesitics and details about the construction. We decided on the upgrade after working with her. What a wonderful knowledgeable person she is to work with. Well since this went down without a hitch, everything arrived in about 4 or 5 days. The mattress came first. We waited until we assembled the frame (about 2-hours) which wasn't hard at all and then unpacked the mattress. Instructions say to let it sit for about 48 hours. Within 3 or 4 hours it looks fantastic. The frame is assembled except we haven't attached to the arms as we have to move them into the RV to do that for easier installation. We will install tomorrow morning. We are so excited for this alternative setup since the couch we had from day one was never comfortable as a lot of RV furniture generally is not. Another issue we were concerned about was overall weight. This option is heavy, but not as heavy as trying to fit a 3 seat theater type recliner/couch. We believe that is a cheaper option that looks great and will serve our needs for watching tv or taking a quick nap. Definite upgrade for our RV. Can't praise the DCG folks enough for the reasonably priced and quality pieces that we purchased on Amazon.

Comfortable but hard to change from bed to couch
Size: Full
Color: Microfiber Sussex Fudge Cover
The mattress did not smell at all. The wood is real wood and overall fairly sturdy once assembled. It's just awkward for 1 person to change it from bed to couch.

It is a very nice piece of furniture for a futon
Size: Full
Color: Microfiber Sussex Fudge Cover
Nicely finished wood semi organized together. Strongly suggest you take your time. Organize the pieces, separaye and identify the pieces, screws and where everything properly goes. Take your time. I did this myself - you can do this- and was proud. As well, I'd reccomend the 8" mattress on a full size. 6" I did not want and I think the 10 would be too thick and hard to manage. Its difficult to pull into a sofa by one person but I managed. With no visiting guest I have a big comfy lounge. With my bad back it is still in many ways my living room cloud. Just dont get in any hurry. Its a 5 star for me. Also the cover DOES NOT come off due to tufting. Choose your showroom color carefully.

I wouldn't buy a set again
Size: Full
Color: Microfiber Sussex Fudge Cover
I ordered the futon frame and mattress set because I read the reviews and thought they were pretty good. Product arrived in a timely manner, but I was less than thrilled when I removed the 8" mattress from the box. It doesn't look like an 8" mattress and the sides do not measure to 8. The very middle yes, once it fully expanded. that night we put the new mattress on the old futon frame and my husband slept on it and said it was comfortable, but he could sleep on legos without a problem too. I put together the frame the next day, which took about 3 hours to do. The little wrench they give you to tighten the screws was stripped half way through, but luckily I had another to fit. The arms are cheaply made and 1 is damaged. I tried to call customer service but the message said that all customer service reps were busy and to leave a message, which I did. No call back. I tried to call more times but same thing. Anyway finished putting it together with the damaged part because we needed to use it. I slept on it that night. The mattress is hard and kind of lumpy. The microfiber cover looks sloppy if you ask me. My advice would be to buy a frame but get a better mattress elsewhere

Wow!
Size: Queen
Color: Microfiber Sussex Fudge Cover
Bought this queen futon in brown for a secondary guest room and I am totally impressed. Took several hours to assemble by myself, but it wasn't that difficult. The instructions call for a very loose assembly when putting the arms/support rails together and this is a must! This is so the mattress frame can easily slide into the grooves in the arms. The mattress took a little finagling to bend and position so there isn't too much overhang off the front. It is super comfy and looks great in the spare room! There is an odor to the mattress but after a week it has subsided a great deal--just needed to be aired out. Highly recommend vs a traditional sofa sleeper.

Good quality, excellent customer service
Size: Queen
Color: Microfiber Sussex Fudge Cover
Ordered the Nirvana Futon set, microfiber fudge cover. It arrived in a reasonable time and thankfully with no damage. The wood frame is of good quality. Sturdy and nice looking solid wood (no pressed wood). The futon is the only thing that is a little disappointing as it has large tack stitching holding the cover to the mattress which is a different color than the cover. Mines had white stitching on a dark brown cover. Makes it look a little cheap not having the stitching in the same color as the cover. Otherwise, I am satisfied with the product. Excellent customer service from the seller as I needed more hole covers and they answered my request very fast and FedEx the parts to me quickly.

Futon cannot be folded when the mattress is on
Size: Full
Color: Microfiber Sussex Fudge Cover
The futon frame is no match for the mattress which flattens in back to bed mode. I wanted the futon so I can use it alternately as a couch and as a bed, but now it's permanently a bed. As a bed, it's comfortable enough. When I contacted the company regarding the problem, they pretty much blew me off.
