I bought the switch oled was a bit scared seeing others had horrible reviews but after I received mine which stated in excellent condition it was exactly that, not a single scratch, mark or dent, it was almost as if I bought it brand new! It did come dead but the battery life after a charge has been perfect! I have 0 issues with it. Came with everything that also looked brand new I’d highly recommend to friends and family. Buy the extra protection for it tho cuz u never know. I got a 2 year plan for under 30$ and I couldn’t be anymore happy with my purchase! 10/10

Buy this from GAME BRAIN ELECTRONICS! This company is incredible! Not only did they get me a great working product, but they fought to do so for me, or at least Julia in customer service did! I dont know about any one else because unlike normal companies i only ever spoke to her. Unfortunately a broken remote got past quality control..... I reached out expecting the normal from a company, but instead I got Julia.. This person was incredible she was polite, responded quickly & SHE insisted they were fixing this for me..... for what ever reason luck was not in our favor & the replacement didnt work either... what did they do... replaced it again instantly... I never even asked them to, just said hey its not working its doing xyz again... within 24 hours they responded just like every time with, your replacement has been shipped & here is tracking info...... Forget some cool used electronics at a cheap price this company treats you like a human & that where their value is.

Better than expected
Honestly, exactly what I expected and better. None of the additional pieces were third-party which came as a surprise for me. There are some scratches on the back of the console and edges of the joy-cons along with the joy-cons being a little loose from time-to-time. All of which is to be expected with a renewal. There were no scratches and I took the liberty of putting a case and screen protector on. The battery life is impressive and the screen quality is outstanding. I’ve wanted a Switch for a while and I’m waiting till the Switch 2 Oled comes out so this is the perfect place holder. Would recommend.

Dirty Joycons, faulty dock, third party EVERYTHING.
Editing my review to be more comprehensible. I understand that this console is refurbished and that I'm not guaranteed all original Nintendo parts, but the least the seller could have done is make sure everything works properly. The Switch was packed in a plain cardboard box. The only original piece was the tablet (console) itself. The Joycons, although functional, are third party, worn out, and came filthy. The dock is third party and doesn't even work. The AC adapter (charger) is third party and feels cheap. The HDMI cable is even third party (though that works, thankfully). This definitely isn't worth the money I spent on it, but I will be keeping it as I'm pretty handy with tech repairs, and will be taking the dock apart to see if there's anything knocked loose. I also have some spare joysticks to replace the worn ones on the Joycons. If you're looking to buy this, just be cautious.

It’s like brand new! My lil brother loved it! It came with all the cords and parts needed for gaming. I really respect companies that repurpose tech. And it came sooner than expected.

Pay for the extra protection.
I bought this to replace my son's Christmas present--another pre-owned Switch OLED from a local retailer, which I had to return for a refund because of defects. Finally, this one arrived. It looked great, but it still had all the previous owner's information all over it. I had to not only set everything up under our account, but first take a bunch of time deleting data from the last kid who owned it. Once that was taken care of, everything worked great...for roughly 20 days before my son started growling in frustration because the left joy con suddenly developed a drift so severe that the game became completely unplayable. Mario takes off running and continues running in one direction until he hits an obstacle--despite reversing directions on the controller. My son didn't even play it every day throughout those 20 days--so it wasn't from heavy use or lack of care on his part. I've tried recalibrating, disconnecting, restarting, updating, wiggling it, and checking for debris. No results. There is zero snap-back once the stick has been moved. Luckily, I paid for the extended protection, so I'll file a claim. I'm just irked that my son's big Christmas gift has to be sent away again. Word of advice for other parents or gamers on a budget (we can't all afford new, right?): It is possible to be wowed by refurbished electronics bought online, but that's usually a fluke. Always pay the few extra bucks for the protection plan. The previous owners were likely kids who were rough with them before Santa upgraded them to the Switch 2. Be prepared to find something crapping out on it fairly soon, and be ready to file a claim for repair/replacement. Edited: Be aware that the only authentic Nintendo product you're getting is the actual screen/console. The dock and the joy-cons are cheap 3rd party look-alikes. Now, after spending the night in the dock, my son's switch doesn't turn on, unless I plug the charger directly into it and hold the button. It comes on fully charged and working fine, but this happens every time now, so the dock is pretty useless unless specifically using the Switch for TV play. So far, a bad controller 20 days after receiving it (I ended up replacing them with Mobapad controllers) and about 2 months out, the dock is now causing it to lock itself in shut-down. If you don't want to have to keep sending the entire thing off for repair, you'll be replacing accessories. Probably better just to by it new.
