  • Nostalgia At It's Best!
I had a Nintendo NES as a kid and would literally spend HOURS playing with it! Just recieved my new console and it looks and plays great! I bought one that came w/ all 3 SMB games and was not dissapointed! Playing the games once again brings back so many memories. Purchased the bundle pack (game console new 72 connector pin installed, SMB1-3/Duckhunt, 2controllers, zapper gun and all connection plugs) from Sosa Games Inc. on Wed evening & it arrived at my door on Sat morning! EVERYTHING looked EXACTLY how it was pictured (CLEAN, IN GREAT CONDITION) & WORKS GREAT, NO PROBLEMS AT ALL) The only downside is the fact that the zapper gun does not work on newer TVs...it's understandable though considering the system was made over 30 yrs ago... ... show more

Terrible! The Nintendo works great, but one of the controllers and gun doesn't work. Probably will not order from amazon again!

  • Perfect time travel!
This arrived super quickly and started right up. My children played this game with my husband many moons ago, and this brought back many memories. I purchased a cheap converter to adapt this to my new television, and it was easy to connect and in use right away. The condition was clean and like new. Thanks! ... show more

  • This was a total waste of money
Ok. We got our console today and hooked it up. The cartridges were getting jammed and wouldn’t read or play. We were very discouraged and reached out to the seller. I’ll post their response below as I feel it may help others. Not gonna lie, not pushing the cartridges down actually worked. We already have the return label printed but gonna see if everything continues to work for a few days and if so, I’ll cancel and keep it. Here is their response and again, it was quick and helped so far. Not thrilled we have already had issues right off the bat, but it’s currently working. Here goes Hello David, Thank you for reaching out, and I am sorry to hear you are having trouble getting the games to play consistently. Based on your description—specifically that the games are "hard to pop out"—it sounds like this console has a brand new 72-pin connector installed. While this ensures longevity, these new parts are very tight at first and can be a bit finicky until they are broken in. Here are a few tips that usually resolve this immediately: The "Break-In" Method: Since the connector is tight, try inserting and removing a game cartridge 5-10 times in a row. This helps loosen the new pins just enough to make a better connection. Don't Push Down: On many NES consoles with new connectors, the games actually read better if you slide the cartridge in but do not push it down into the "locked" position. Try running it with the game in the "up" position. Clean the Games: Even if the games look clean, the tight connector is very sensitive to even microscopic dust. If you have some rubbing alcohol and a Q-tip, please give the game contacts a quick clean. The "Sweet Spot": Try wiggling the game cartridge very slightly to the left or right before turning the power on. Please give these steps a try. If you are still unable to get it working, let us know and we will be happy to assist you with a return. Angela Rock 30 Games ... show more

  • Awesome.
This is SO MUCH FUN to have again! It's like riding a bike- I somehow remember all the old tricks and everything for the original Mario games. Works well- the controllers have some sort of miswiring, though- the player 1 control only works via the player 2 plug & vice versa. However, this is a ridiculously easy thing to ignore, & I've had nothing but fun with this thing since I got it. The games work, the controllers (including a second one I purchased from a different seller, as this unit came with just one) work, and overall, I feel like this is more consistent than the NES I grew up with, and that was in the early 1990s. Totally happy, & definitely recommend to anyone who misses the good old simplistic days of Mario smashing bricks with his head or shooting fire out of his fists after getting a flower. :) ... show more

  • I am so happy I got this
Original Nintendo!!! Works, just the zapper does not work but that is because of my flat screen tv. It does come with a coax cable for the tv, need to do a channel search, use channel 4 on your tv. I can’t get Mario 2 to work, but I don’t care because I have an original NES. I also purchased the 143 games in one, which also gives me Mario 2. I am so happy I got this!!! Thank you!!! ... show more
