Where has this cooler been all my life? First, can we talk about this color? The Strawberry Rhubarb finish is absolutely gorgeous and happens to be my favorite shade of pink. Trust me, people are going to ask where you got it. Beyond the beautiful color, Ninja really thought this cooler through. The Cold Dry Zone drawer is a game changer. I love having a separate storage area for sandwiches, snacks, fruit, utensils, or anything else I don't want sitting in melted ice. No more soggy chips or crushed bread. Everything stays organized and easy to reach. The 65-quart capacity is impressive. There's plenty of room for drinks, food, and ice without feeling cramped. I will say this cooler has some weight to it, especially once it's fully loaded, so I was very happy Ninja included the heavy-duty wheels and sturdy pull handle. They make transporting it much easier and save your back from doing all the work. The insulation is excellent and keeps everything cold for days, making it ideal for weekend trips, camping adventures, beach days, family reunions, tailgates, and outdoor gatherings. It really looks exactly how it's pictured it held way more things than I thought it was going to, the drawers really are great and held condcondiments, hummus snacks. I also bought the ninja ice packs and they worked really good they kept a cooler cold like all weekend. It wasn't super hot out on our camping trip, but I believe it will perform well in hotter weather. Easy to roll with the handle, drawer pulls out nice the latch works, it's not too heavy and seems sturdy. Best cooler I've ever owned.

We took this camping. It was in 100 degree heat for over 24 hours. When we opened it the ice was not melted and all the food was still frozen. We were amazed, this is a legit cooler and well worth the price!! We also loved the drawers which was like a little fridge for drinks or sandwiches

What can I say that hasn't been said already? This cooler is so worth the cost. The drawer under the main cooler compartment really does stay refrigerated temps for 5 or 6 days. Everything in there is dry and it's lovely. I will say the drawers themselves are very shallow. Nothing tall can fit in there. The capacity in said drawer is smaller than I thought it was going to be. You also choose to give up interior compartment space to get that drawer. The inside of the cooler has a very small chunk that is the full depth of the cooler and then goes shorter inside to accommodate that drawer space under it. Having said that, I was able to pack a 9x9 tin of pasta and 3 gallon size baggies full of burritos plus hot dogs and all the condiments and creamer and a half gallon of milk and a giant lock and lock of potato salad and a giant lock and lock of watermelon and a mason jar of fresh salsa plus sour cream. And everything stayed cold for 4 entire days. It's HEAVY! Comparable to the size of other silimar sized coolers, this bad boy is hefty even unloaded. The handle and wheels are heavy duty, though for some reason I was expecting rubber tires and they are made of plastic. But they are heavy duty and work well across lots of different terrain. The handle is great, long and you don't don't have to stoop to use it which is lovely. The water port on the bottom does have a tendency to leak if not tightly and completely screwed in so watch that. Twice now I've arrived at my camp site with a wet back seat due to someone not checking it or tightening it thoroughly enough. The top latch is nice and fool proof. All in all I'm very happy with my purchase. I will be using this cooler for many years to come.

The cooler is an excellent cooler, but I ordered the blue and I got the bright pink. I tried to contact the company and they said because I didn’t order to order directly from them they couldn’t do anything for me. I do believe they are the ones that fulfilled the order, but they still wouldn’t help. I kept the pink and bought a different color for my daughter. The price was great. We took it to the river the ice actually stayed in the cooler for 48 hours and kept everything cold. The section at the bottom is excellent for storing food and it does not freeze your food such as cheese and fruits. It keeps it cold so it will not spoil. The real test will be at the beach next month. Lid locks well so you won’t have warm air seeping through. Seems very durable. I love the looks of it very versatile. Just wasn’t expecting pink. As you can see on the photo review, I ordered the blue.

I love this cooler so much. The stay dry drawer fit my 9X9 pan perfectly. It kept the food very cold without getting water in it. It's nice to have the handle and wheels for rolling. The ice lasted a long time. I highly recommend this cooler.

Package is almost a week late. The USPS Tracking not working. No one can tell me where my item is. Really would have liked to use it this weekend but that isnt happening. This is unacceptable for a $300 item. EDIT: The package was lost on the first leg of its journey. USPS and Amazon have no idea where it is. Amazon will not replace the package that they lost. All they will do is give me a refund and should it come in, I am responsible to return it (pay for return shipping?!)... What the heck?? It was Amazon's fault! I lose the sale price. I don't get to use it for the camping trip I specifically bought it for. Tried to contact seller, Ninja, and so far they have only given me "we are busy, try back later" responses. Again this is unacceptable for a product that is so expensive. Edit 2: USPS is not helping at all. Tracking stops on 6/21 (was supposed to have been delivered 6/22 and it is now 6/29) and Ninja company just says "sorry, check with your neighbors." Like no, it didn't even get to the local post office. But no one is listening to me. No one cares or is offering any kind of real solution. Skip this cooler and buy something else for the money. Look into the quality of the selling company as well. It can be the best cooler in the world but if the seller doesn't provide safe transit or back it up, what is the point? So time and stress wasted in going around with all three companies (and I can't get past the bots) I can't even order a different cooler in time for our trip now.
