This shoe was clearly worn before arriving to me. There are stains and it is stretched out. The box came in shambles too. The heel is super stretched out so you can’t tie the ribbons for support either. If I tried to buy them elsewhere I would size down but not sure that would help with the ribbon fit. VERY cute shoes! Bought for my daughter. Got a size 8 and had to exchange for a 7.5. Much better. The bow is tied on the back but in order for her to keep the shoe from sliding, she had to wrap around the ankle then tie it. Bow still on the back. She said this was a huge help. The heel looks blocked but it's actually kind of skinny in a rectangle kind of way. She still is able to walk in them. The look of these with her black prom dress is bold and beautiful!
