I bought this as a rejection of our governor's COVID-19 order. After admitting masks were useless against viral diseases, he ordered them anyway because "Maryland, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and New York did." As if that's a good reason to do anything. Unlike New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and New York, he didn't order nursing homes to take COVID patients because of the science, so why wimp out on masks? Hello I bought these to use for a birthday party my boys were invited to for an AIRSOFT/paint ball party. When I got to the party the manager looked at the mask and told me that the masks were NOT CERTIFIED to use for airsoft. He said they've had a lot of issues with people buying these on amazon for airsoft b/c they say in the description that there're for AIRSOFT but they are not. I went to return the masks and they are a NON RETURNABLE item!! I was able to chat with an amazon representative online and they credited my for the purchase after I explained the issue. WOW. I recently bought from this individual. I am impressed for the price. I got the black mask with a grey shade. It's very nice. The mask fits comfortably, the straps are adjustable, and it's easy to lift up/ or take off. There's padding around the eyes so it doesn't leave marks. The quality of the plastic in the mask is legitimate- not prone to breaking and cracking so easily. The grey shade acts as a tint. Which is really helpful on the eyes. This mask stands out from your typical standard issue Paintball mask. Definitely recommend this buyer. Great job. - 5 Stars 5/19/20 Update: The triangle-like front piece on the mask fell off today when I was Paintballing. I was kinda mad. It didn't break off-It just popped off. It was weird. Unfortunately the plastic on the mask is flimsy. You get what you pay for. Upon further examination- there are 3 prongs in the triangle part of the mask that can connect to the main mask. We may not have been careful enough in our research for a safe and appropriately rated paintball mask. But - this mask comes up in searches for a paintball mask. Identical masks are sold through several sellers and some are listed as paintball masks. This does not fit the bill at all. Boys though it was cool looking and comfortable, but it is not safe or likely allowed at paintball facilities. Apparently this is not a returnable item....although an identical one from another seller is...am pursuing my options to get this out of here. May work for bb gun target shooting or for a costume, I don't see it lasting for very long when used by an active person. ... show more

This is a well made face mask, I don't worry so much with the boy playing airsoft knowing he has this on for protection. He also thought it looked cool, so those were bonus points for mom - safe AND cool looking. He also said it is comfortable. Definitely worth the price.

I purchased this mask for my 7 year old daughter to play airsoft with. This fits her well, and surprisingly, will fit an adult also. I will be purchasing another one for myself soon.

    • Fogs up and difficult to breath

Plastic shield scratches readily and fogs up with ease, air does not pass through mouth holes. If you are planning a few hours on the field be prepared to have issues breathing. The plastic shield scratches even with micro fiber cloth. The fit wasn't exact and very difficult for smaller heads.

I liked the look and color of this mask and it was very lightweight, however, that made it a little flimsy. A few of the little plastic studs that hold the different parts together came undone after the first game. Good buy if you want to try out airsoft or paintball, and want a clear lens instead of renting, but if you plan to play more than once or twice I'd get something more substantial.
