The question is always how water proof it is, and we'll see, but as bad as it pains me to do it I cannot justify the price of high dollar lights. The cheap stuff is in my experience 95 percent as good at about 1/10 the price. This is crazy bright and easily adjustable to a variety of mounting hole widths, which was critical on my Land Cruiser bumper.
