I’ve been using these Nike Bella 7s for about 2–3 weeks now after grabbing them on sale, and they offer incredible value for money. They arrived brand new in the box in pristine condition. The pink and purple colorway is gorgeous in person! Sizing & Fit: Nike recommends sizing up half a size, and I completely agree. I normally wear a size 6, but I ordered a 6.5, and the length is spot-on. It felt slightly snug across the forefoot at first, but after 4–5 workouts, the material relaxed comfortably. I have normal-width feet; if you have wide feet, I’d strongly recommend going up a full size or looking at wider training models. Grip & Stability: The traction on these is phenomenal. I work out at home on foam puzzle mats, and these do not slip at all. The flat, sturdy sole provides excellent stability with zero wobbling during dumbbell work and squats. I feel completely grounded and secure doing lunges, burpees, and cross-training movements. Flexibility & Comfort: The base is firm and built for support, which means they aren’t very flexible for high-impact cardio or running—I definitely would not recommend them as running shoes or all-day casual walking sneakers. After about 1–2 hours of continuous wear, foot fatigue sets in, so they are best kept strictly for gym sessions. Overall, the build quality feels durable, and I expect them to hold up well over the next year (will update if anything changes). If you’re looking for a solid, stylish shoe for weightlifting and home cross-training, these are a great pick. Highly recommended!

I am absolutely in love with these shoes! They required zero break-in time and have been an absolute game-changer for my gym sessions and cardio. What makes them great: Insanely Comfortable: Soft, responsive cushioning that takes the pressure off your joints without feeling unstable. A little snug but good I think I’m in between size 8 1/2 and 9 and tried a x wide version first of a different trainer and they were huggggge so I just got 8 1/2 in these probs should have gotten a 9 but I’m hoping they’ll stretch out a bit! Cute tho!

Love these shoes very comfy and I’m on my feet all day on concrete their my go to shoe now and the size it good true to size and their not super narrow in the toes so if you have a flatter foot like me you’ll be good with these sneakers plus their super cute with the leopard print I would deff buy these again

The shoe appeared to be of great quality. It was true to size 7.5, but it had a narrower fit. The support was firm and comfortable. The animal print wasn’t very noticeable, which is a plus if you prefer all black. Overall, it was a decent shoe, but I wouldn’t purchase it again.

Love the shoes! However, they must run small. I normally wear 7.5 so I got the 8 for additional room. My toes are at the edge. I should have returned for a larger size... (I ended up wearing them so they couldn't be returned. I definitely would recommend. Especially at the $$$ I got them. But would tell you to size up for sure.... 🫡
