I really wanted to love the Nike Women's Air Max Excee Shoes because they look great and go with just about everything. The style is definitely a win—very sleek and sporty, and they’re lightweight enough for everyday wear. That said, they just didn’t work out for me comfort-wise. After wearing them for a short time, they started rubbing on the back of my heel and caused irritation. I tried different socks, but it didn’t make much of a difference. They might just need a longer break-in period, but it wasn’t something I wanted to deal with.
