Use for GYM only. I had three pair of the Alpha 5 trainers and used them exclusively for weight lifting, no cardio, etc. having been very happy with them I added the Trainer 6 as my next pair, I actually prefer the 5 over the 6 but they are solid shoes, most likely I’m just so comfortable in the 5 it will take a little time. I plan to buy a second pair of the 6 as soon as today or tomorrow, so I do like them.

Yes it fit perfect very comfy I like the sneaker for walking getting a hip replacement so I need sneakers like those but I’m coming back for blue/white or green/black their really nice Amazon you guys need to stop I want all of them I’m gonna go broke but I don’t care as long as I support Amazon I’m good with that everything fit perfect thanks guys keep up the good work Amazon . So far so good no problems as of yet. I had two pair of Alpha trainer 5s after several months. Both of my shoes made a popping/squeaking sound. Very disappointed in the alpha 5s. Keeping my fingers crossed that these will not do the same.
