It's not the one pictured. Instead of the pictured drifit with a grey neck band, it will be the same color as the rest of the garment. I knew that before I bought it because I purchased some in other colors, so it was still exactly what I wanted. They are less stretchy than you will remember from older versions of the DRI fits (the old version is around 84%polyester 16% spandex, these are 100% polyester).
