I am very disappointed with the quality of these pants. Upon receiving the item, I immediately noticed several pull threads and visible defects in the fabric. This is not the level of quality I expected from a new product purchased through Amazon. Quality control should be a priority, and items should be thoroughly inspected before they are shipped to customers. Receiving a defective product is frustrating, especially when purchasing with the expectation of receiving a new, undamaged item. What is even more disappointing is the difficulty I have experienced seeking a refund or rebate. Customers should be treated fairly regardless of where they live. Being an international customer should not affect my ability to receive reasonable customer service or a resolution for a product that arrived with manufacturing or quality defects. I have been a loyal customer and expected better. I hope Amazon and NIKE will review their quality control processes and ensure that all customers, including international buyers, receive the same level of support and protection when products arrive in unacceptable condition. ... show more
