My 11 yr old grandson begged me for these shoes. I told him I'll get a half size larger than he wears to be sure they'd fit & just a little big would be even better since he's growing soooo fast. They arrived 2 days earlier than we expected & are just slightly big (as we wanted). If I ordered his actual size, they'd fit perfect (for a couple of months, maybe). They're just big enough to wear thick socks through winter & have a little room so they should still fit in the spring...if he doesn't wear them out first since he always has them on! Well made with quality material, looks great, & he claims they're the most comfortable shoes he's ever worn! I'd send a pic but he's back home playing & shootin' hoops in them. Great shoe!! They are very good for toddlers just starting to walk. They are light and airy, not bulky making it easy for little ones to start walking in them. I definitely recommend for beginning walkers

My 8 year-old had these same shoes that we purchased directly from Nike (cost more from them) & these are the same ones as last year's show but updated. They do fit snug sort of like a sock but that's the way they're supposed to fit. They slip on with the use of the tongue and and the band at the back of the ankle. VERY COOL SHOES! I actually bought a pair in my size. Heehee! Your kiddos will love them! *FYI purchase some very low socks to go with these because the premise of these types of tennis shoes is to make it appear that you're not wearing socks. These are my go-to shoes for my toddler. I did order them once and they were too big and I had to send them back and size down a full size from my toddlers regular shoe size, but they now fit perfectly and are super comfy to him.
