These are my favorite multipurpose shoes for at the gym. They’re close enough to flat that they give good balance and stability for lifting weights, but are cushy enough to handle the elliptical or walking on a treadmill.

I bought these as workout shoes. At first it felt a little weird to have the bounce in my step but I got use to it within the first week. I use then for strength training followed by the stairmaster. I will also wear them for a day of mobility followed by treadmill. They live in my workout bag so I put them on at the gym and take them off before I leave. They look really cool. Pretty tight fit. True to size. Very supportive. Good traction. Not the most cushioned shoe. They feel almost like they need to be broken in but they’re a tennis shoe and shouldn’t be as stiff as they are. I bought them for the gym.
