They don’t slide down and they are super easy to wash- just throw them in the washer! I bought these volleyball knee pads for my daughter who plays on her school team, and they’ve been fantastic! The cushioning is thick enough to provide great shock absorption during dives and falls, but still flexible so she can move freely. She says they don’t slip down during games, which was a big problem with her last pair. The material is breathable and doesn’t get too sweaty even after long practice sessions.
