I have 2 printers by this brand and they use the same app, so it's interchangeable. Easy to use, prints nicely. Labels seem inexpensive. Durable. I think it might be less money to print a few different labels than ordering 100's of labels through a print company.

I bought this printer to replace a Phomemo M220 that failed to connect to my phone via Bluetooth (iPhone 13 running iOS 16.6). Rather than roll the dice on another Phomemo unit, this printer caught my eye with its gorgeous retro styling. After unboxing and downloading the NIIMBOT app from the app store, connecting to the printer was fast and easy. It connected instantly and after poking around in the app settings, new firmware was updated to the printer OTA. The app if full featured, and very similar to the Phomemo app, so navigation was familiar. After setting up a few new templates, I sent a handful of jobs to the printer, and they were all executed flawlessly. Overall, I'm extremely happy with how easy it was to get this printer connected to my phone and printing quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this printer.

As someone who loves staying organized, I was excited to try out the NIIMBOT B21 Inkless Label Maker, but unfortunately, my experience left me disappointed, and I would not recommend this product. The initial setup of the label maker was straightforward, and I appreciated its compact and sleek design. However, my enthusiasm quickly turned to frustration when I realized that the label maker requires a separate app to function fully. Unlike other label makers that come with built-in software or connectivity options, the NIIMBOT B21 relies heavily on the app for basic functionality. Having to download and install an app just to use a label maker felt unnecessary and inconvenient. It's especially disappointing considering the lack of any substantial additional features that would justify this requirement. For those who prefer a standalone label maker, this aspect of the NIIMBOT B21 can be a significant drawback. Moreover, after going through the hassle of downloading the app, I found it to be subpar and not user-friendly. The app's interface was clunky, and it often took longer than expected to create and customize labels. It was far from the seamless experience I had hoped for when purchasing this product. The inkless feature, which initially seemed like a selling point, turned out to be underwhelming as well. The label prints were faint and not as sharp as I expected. While the idea of never having to buy ink cartridges is enticing, the trade-off is compromised print quality, which ultimately renders the labels less effective for their intended purpose. Considering the limitations of the NIIMBOT B21 and the additional hassle of the app, I found it to be quite overpriced for what it offers. It would be wise to invest a bit more in a label maker from a reputable brand that delivers a better user experience and produces high-quality, clear labels. In conclusion, I cannot recommend the NIIMBOT B21 Inkless Label Maker. The requirement to purchase and rely on a separate app, coupled with the mediocre label printing quality, make it an underwhelming choice. I suggest spending a little more money to get a more functional and user-friendly label maker from a different brand to avoid the frustration and disappointment that come with the NIIMBOT B21.

I bought this for my wife as she has gotten into baking and needed to label all of her new containers. She loves it. It prints clearly and is easy to read. Love the look of it as well. It is easy to use and she had made us some custom labels with pictures and symbols.
