My son’s girlfriend requested this bassinet for our grandson after doing much research. He said it was extremely easy to assemble, easy to use, and very sturdy. Everything is push button and it has so many functions. It does make a slight clicking noise when it moves but it is hardly noticeable. It’s not bulky so it fits well beside the bed. We have a very "sticky" baby who likes to be held and carried often. Thinking this would be a good solution to put her to sleep or even down for a few mins, it's a hit or miss. When it "works", our baby sleeps maybe 30 mins instead of 15 compared to a regular bassinet. However, when full-on crying, this didn't help at all. For the product itself, the legs are hollow plastic, so it feels a bit cheap. The buttons DO NOT have a lock feature so if you also have a curious toddler, they will most likely mess with the controls. And the Bluetooth is only for music, no remote controling which I felt is an oversight. ... show more

This is a cheaper budget model of a smart bassinet which is more accessible price point than some of the other smart bassinets on the market. It does what it advertises, which is: rocking, vibrating, detecting baby’s cries, and playing soothing sounds. With that said, it does have some areas it could improve. The size is large and too tall for our bed. It should be a fairly easy design update to make this with adjustable legs. As it is, the legs have a fake-looking wood design and one of them came scratched already. The surprising size of this bassinet is disappointing because with my previous non-smart bassinet I was able to look over the side of my bed at night and see my newborn. Now I’d need to sit up in bed to see well. The mesh sides and mattress seem very breathable BUT there is no option for waterproofing the mattress. So, pick your poison on this one since you can’t have both. Assembly was not 100% straightforward, I inserted the side boards incorrectly and then needed to unhook everything to get them inside the fabric sleeve first. Note that if you make the same mistake as me, or if you just want to dissemble the bassinet for storage: you cannot remove the upper rails to collapse the unit unless you have a screwdriver to push the spring loaded push button pins all the way in. It’s not intended for quick and regular dissembling. The other thing I didn’t love was that there is no parental lock on the settings. My two year old was already playing the settings panel like a piano once I set it up. Baby #2 is not here yet but I can imagine child #1 wanting to mess around with the settings when I’m not looking. Small point of annoyance: I was stuck with assembly so I scanned the QR code that offered help. It took me to Graco’s YouTube page with a thousand other product videos. I was not about to sort through all that. Promised help, delivered confusion. This should be an easy improvement. Lastly I am not confident in the rocking and vibrating sensations. Again, baby #2 isn’t here to test it fully, but I can tell you this would have not worked for baby #1. If you have a colicky, spirited, intense, high-needs baby, smart bassinets and baby swings might not be your salvation. My first child is and was all the above and sometimes she just wouldn’t sleep unless I was vigorously bouncing her up and down on the yoga ball (there’s anecdotal commentary in the spirited baby community that these temperaments prefer vigorous movement and especially up and down bouncing. My first baby demanded both of these. This bassinet provides neither one.) So if baby #2 is calm and chill, this should work for us. If he/she is anything like big sister, this probably won’t work. So don’t forget: know your baby and remember that there’s no single product that’ll be a great fit for everyone. ... show more

The spring push up pins to assemble are trash for the money you're paying for this thing it should be well built .. buy a different brand avoid this one .
