Just a quick qualifier, I got this machine the end of last week. I grew up in the town the made the best washing machine for the home, in the U.S. I worked there for about 25 years. I had laundry chores for over 55 years. I know a little about laundry and what to expect from a washing machine. The Nicetmaw Automatic is simply amazing! It arrived within a couple of days. Set up was simple. It's very quiet. Washes the clothes by tying and untying the clothes. rinses clean and, surprisingly, spins the clothes out dryer than anything at the laundro-mat. I've done more than ten loads. I do use less detergent. I'm not sure a lot of bleach is good for them either, so I cut that back. Clothes are still very clean. I did get the extended warranty. This portable washer works great and is a perfect size for a small space like in an RV. It is plastic but well built for a portable machine. It is quiet, doesn't leak, is easy to use, cleans very well, and is priced well. I especially like that it has both hot and cold water inlets and therefore has three temperature settings. The lid also folds in the middle which makes it take up less space when opened. This would be helpful if you have a dryer or a shelf above it. Mine arrived with a bit of shipping damage, but after checking it over and popping out a panel, it works great. The seller also reimbursed me fairly for the damage. ... show more

I’ll just get right to it. First off the washing machine was smaller than expected given the description listed in the product details. It lists 2.3 cu.ft, my previous compact washer was a Haier Hlp23e at 1.46 cu.ft.and it was larger in every way. This washer was too small to reach my kitchen sink, I had to buy a dolly cart to be able to use this machine. This washing machine does not rinse well in that when it finishes a wash cycle the clothes are Very Wet. I can wring water out of the clothes when it’s done. The spin cycle available barely makes a difference. This machine is listed as returnable but the cost of return would have been on me, then they want you to send it to New Jersey which makes no sense to me given that the washing machine arrived in just a few minutes days, I doubt that the washing machine came from New Jersey. I’m in Arizona. The washing machine has started leaking out of the bottom so now there water on the floor when you use it. The seller offer was that they refunded me $100 of the cost of the machine to just keep it and do something with it. Amazon has many choices for a washing machine, please consider something else besides this one. I checked the reviews on this product and the many good reviews didn’t help me here. The water levels on the machine are almost all the same, it says 8 water levels but it defaults to level 6 which fills up the machine, so then what’s level 8 like ? I absolutely love this washer. I wish I bought it years ago when we first moved in. Our community had a community washer and dryer which they removed, so we finally had to figure out an option for the house. We couldn’t get one installed because of the houses build. I researched online and the videos convinced me. This product cleaned my clothing so good that the water coming out was so dirty omg. I was so grossed out. After washing with this machine my clothing feels so good, and look great too. It agitates so well! One of the best I’ve ever seen. It washes just like a commercial use laundry mat machine, even better than a normal washer. It’s so easy to install and comes with everything you need. It also fits a good size amount of clothing. It a perfect size to fit in a closet when not using too, we just purchased a wheeled dolly to move it around. ... show more

I shopped around for quite a while for a washer that would meet our needs. This one seemed to be the one and it didn't disappoint. The capacity was actually better than expected. It is very quiet and it gets our clothes clean. I especially like the stainless steel drum. It doesn't have the typical agitator. It has fins on the bottom of the drum that turn the clothes from top to bottom. Overall we are happy with this washer and and would buy it again. The only downside is that it tends to tangle the clothes. I may be overloading it though, but it isn't a big deal. I would recommend it to anyone needing a compact washer for a reasonable price. ... show more

Great product. I would definitely get new water line hook ups because what they give you is cheap product. If you go to Lowe's or home depot you can replace these and it is standard size so you won't miss a beat. Make sure you purchase connections for washing machine not sink. The cycles are 4 different cycles and 4 levels of water. Can do a quick wash as well which is my fave. 21 minutes and done. Low to no noise level. And has different chimes from when it's done washing to start of wash and error messages like when you forget to turn on the knobs for water to flow out of washer hook ups. Yup that even happened. Updated 09/20/23 After an issue with the washer draining, the seller has been very helpful in resolving the problem. I have changed my rating back to 5 star because I do really like this machine. We purchased the Nictemaw Portable Washing Machine to replace our old machine (different manufacturer but also portable). I chose this machine based on Reviews, Clothing Capacity and Price. I have been very satisfied with the cleaning of my clothes. This machine is also much quieter than the previous one. It is very easy and straight forward to operate. My only Con is I don't feel like heavier clothes (towels and jeans) get enough water spun out. I have remedied this by (after machine is done) removing lighter clothes and putting heavier clothes on an additional Spin Cycle (takes approximately 6-8 minutes). This machine is great for those of us who live in an apartment. I would definitely recommend this machine. Shipping was on time with no problems. ... show more

Work as advertised. It does a good job. I have done about 350 regular size fixed washing machine equivalent. I have ran the machine about 800 times with no problems. The laundromat nearest me is $3 a run. That would have cost $1050.00 there. This washer has definitely paid for itself and is currently running nicely. I had my doubts because the closest available drain is 8ft from the machine. I was concerned about the drain pump holding up but so far, so good. Pumps are cheap so no worries anyway. I just hope it does not crack and flood the RV. I found that after a while it progressively got louder when the pump was running. It turned out the 2 pump mounting bolt had completely vibrated out and were found on the floor. It was a fairly easy repair I was able to inspect the pump while doing the repair.
