It's perfect for my needs. I really like all the different programs that can be set for your different laundry needs. It's very versatile. It operates differently than other washers I've used, as in it doesn't use an agitator. It's impeller based movement of the clothes is gentler, and from what I've read, saves water. Seems less dangerous. It's a very 'smart' machine. It seems to know how to balance everything. After the washer fills and begins a wash cycle, it'll run for a while, decide the load needs more water, and it adds it to it. I like how dry the clothes come out, and the ability to put it on extended spin/air dry cycles independently of the wash. I don't have a dryer, nor do I really want something that's going to take up more space and use up a lot of electricity, to do something that can be done for free if you just plan accordingly. It's a really light machine, and easy to move around. I read another review where someone said they put it on a furniture dolly, and I'll probably end up doing that as well. The only gripe I have so far, is the black part on top, where the user interface is located, easily scuffs or scratches with just my hands rubbing across it. That's a cosmetic concern, and not enough for me to take off a whole star, maybe half a star but that's not an option.

First use was ease and met my expectations. The machine is lite weight, making it ease to moved or lifted. The load is medium, that can be worked with. The programing works just fine, added a new level to doing the lundry. The water intake is adjustable. This made it leak proof for my type of connection. Water out take works as described. All round the machine performed well.

Before buying this I read some reviews. I bought the 20lb load washer with glass lid. Some reviews were good some were bad. I tried to focus on the good ones hoping my washer would arrive in good condition. Soon as I took it out of the box I gave it a good inspection. Found it broken right out of the box, as some other reviews stated it's made of cheap materials. The part that was broken in believe holds the drain pump thats attached to the drain hose. Attached are the pictures. Really disappointed. I will be contacting seller and Amazon customer service, what's a piece of junk. Save your self the hassle and go with a better brand. The reason I went with this one and took a chance on it is because of the dimensions of the machine that can actually fit through my bathroom door and the fact that it's a good load size 20 lb 2.8 sq feet. Too bad it arrived broken. Two thumbs down 👎👎 cheap plastics

I’m loving this thing so far. With a quick read through of the instructions, I was ready to use the machine. I like the different settings for loads (quick wash, soak, air dry, etc) and water levels. I did have trouble finding a proper adapter for the hoses and water line (kitchen faucet pull down hose to the hose included). One included worked with the bathroom sink but ended up being too much pressure. I ended up switching to the kitchen sink and hooking it up straight to the water line/ hose. Some pieces from an adapter kit (also purchased on Amazon) worked perfectly. It’s pretty quiet and beeps loudly when the cycle is done. I usually end up draining the left over water in the hose out into the shower, as my kitchen sink is very high and the draining pump can only do so much with gravity involved. I noticed a tiny bit of dripping coming from the bottom of the washing machine once and not sure exactly where it came from. I can fit my king size sheet set, pillow cases included. Overall, this thing is great and gets the job done much easier than a two compartment mini washer.

So far so good. Watch out that the drain hose is not contacting flat surface of the sink or tub. It will mess with the performance of unit and you will get an error code. Happened twice, no biggie, just made sure to keep some space. It might throw an error code between cycles if load becomes unbalanced. Just lift the lid and redistribute the clothes. Unit will then continue to drain and spin. I have had mine for 3 months. It sure beats using shared washers at laundry mat or apartment laundry room. There is just too much gross and yucky stuff other people wash at shared facilities... The dryer cycle does not really dry things all the way. It gets rid of most of the water if you then want to hang it to completly dry. I still use the dryers at my apartments. I put mine on something to raise it off the floor due to sugested height of the internal pump's ability to perform. I do not want to over work that part of machine. Plus I am disabled and it helps keep me from having to bend over farther to load and unload clothes. I use coolers...it will work and balance on just one if you only have one. Just make sure whatever you use is big enough to keep it stable.Overall I am happy with the washing machine.

Has a lot of options, including pause for this type of small machine. Takes a little space in my small laundry room. And I like it. And as I mentioned I have it a few months.
