This product actually works very well and is well worth the price. It’s easy to use, is lightweight and quiet, does a great job washing, rinsing and dewatering clothes. I’m not sure how long it will last because it is mostly plastic, although it has a good guarantee. We have it on our boat and it’s small and yet will wash plenty of items in a load that takes only 30 minutes. I haven’t tried all the program- the directions are not completely clear on how they operate and what they do. For instance, the soak cycle: does it soak and then wash and rinse and spin, or does it just soak? I will figure it out. I recommend this item.

To be honest I almost lost hope in finding a good portable washer machine for an apartment where there are no water hooks. I had before one of those twin tubs which felt like a toy and did poor job. This was my perspective until I got this machine. Although it still consider a portable ‘small’ machine, it’s actually not small and you can fit quite a lot in it. The engine itself is very strong which makes sure every inch of your clothes is getting clean for real. No need to restart the clock every 15minutes and no need to move it to the drain tool. This machine is set to do everything for you and extremely well. Only did 2 rounds so far but I’m so impressed and definitely recommend this one to anyone who does not have water pipes for washer machine. The only thing to consider is that the water hose that’s provided is a bit short. I will recommend to buy longer one before getting this and you’ll be good to go. Easy installation, good packaging!

I recently purchased the Nictemaw Portable Washing Machine 17.8Lbs Compact Washer with LED Display, 10 Programs, and 8 Water Levels. It worked great the first time I used it. However, the next day, the machine wouldn’t turn on at all. I contacted customer service and requested a refund and return instructions. They asked me to send a video of the machine not working, which I did. Strangely, they insisted that I send the video via personal email instead of using Amazon’s service. This seemed a bit suspicious to me. Overall, my experience with this product has been disappointing. It’s frustrating to deal with a machine that stopped working so quickly and the unusual customer service request added to my dissatisfaction. I cannot recommend this product based on my experience.

I have had my washing machine for almost 6 months and it is a life saver. Albeit my apartment doesn’t have the proper set up so I can run it automatically but it saves time for me not having to go to the laundromat. I’m able to do big loads and wash queen size blankets with ease, and it gets my clothes really clean. It’s like having a regular top load washer but on a smaller scale. I have ran into a problem with one of the hose it has sprang a leak, idk how. Over all good functionality and it runs fairly quiet.

Wonderful enhanced + improved product invention! It's energy + water efficient. Furthermore, if you use a fabric softener dryer sheet customized to the size of the cleaning filter placing the dryer sheet inside the filter, not only does it serves as a fabric softener, but lints of your clothes attach to the dryer sheet acting like a filter so the lints don't drain into the sink clogging your pipe. The air dry feature wrings excess water out of your clothes, wherein your clothes take lesser time to dry when you hang dry your clothers. In addition, the air dry feature drains extra water from the washing machine preventing water to get into the motor of the washing machine and water leakage and\or flooding at the location where you situate this washing machine. The power of water + the centrifugal force (movement of clothes in a circular pattern back & forth) inside the inner tub a.k.a. wash basket of this washing machine does a wonderful job in washing and cleaning your clothes. This washing machine doesn't destroy your clothes esp. panty hose in comparison to the washing machine which utilizes an agitator rotating back and forth inside the tub to clean your clothes. Kudos to the engineers + others who created this Nictemaw Washing Machine = Awesome Job + Bravo!

Although it looks sleek and cleans well, I was a little disappointed with this product, as I thought it would be easier to assemble and use. I bought it to wash my pet's items separately from my own laundry. The size is decent but a little bigger than I expected. Cons: The hose that came with the machine did not have the inlet piece that connects to a faucet (shown in pic), so I had to go and search for that. I ended up not using it altogether and using a short garden hose instead after getting a faucet-to-hose quick connect piece (but if you have the inlet piece you technically can use connector the machine came with). But because I was using a bathroom tub faucet (placed machine in tub to fill and drain easy) I had to manually turn the water on and off for the wash and rinse cycles 3-4 times or the excess water would leak out (could be due to my own error lol). Just means I have to pay attention to the cycle so I know when to add water! Also wish it had wheels for easier movability. Pros: cleans very well, just make sure your machine is level! If not it will give an error but the leveling can be easily adjusted by the bottom right foot of the machine. Not super quiet but not super loud, regular washer machine noise. I like the transparent lid and it's easy to choose cycles and water levels! Other tips: you technically can fill the tub manually if you have to, but you have to fill it until the machine starts to spin, which will vary depending on the water level you need/choose. Again you would have to add water for the wash cycle and a couple times during the rinse cycle, just fyi. Not sure I would say its beginner-friendly, but with the proper equipment it can get the job done for small laundry loads.

quietest wash..... and best spin dry ever....remember to remove the foam packing underneath the washer...also if you have any leaks in the fill hose fittings... just wrap the outer hose thread with teflon paste or tape......
