Cheap components/ breaks easily
Size: 20Lbs
Color: White
Barely used and already died. Began making a clicking noise during the spin/rinse cycles. Cleaned all debris and thought it was fixed. Now I hear it trying to engage and nothing happens. Then an error code pops up. Now I have to figure out how to get the clothes out so I can somehow get the water out.

No Regrets!!!
Size: 20Lbs
Color: White
Great for apartment life that doesn't include a washing machine hookup. Allows me to wash everything so I don't have to haul it to the laundromat. The spin cycle works great and clothes dry in a relatively short period of time even shorter if there is a fan available to speed things up. Honestly it washes better then the front loader I used to have and the filter on the inside drum removes most pet hair and lint during the wash cycle. Saves me a lot of time, money and hassle of hauling laundry to the laundromat. Super quiet while in operation.

I've used this washer several days a week for over a year. No problems out of it and does a good job cleaning the clothes.

It’s HUGE compared to the other cheaper ones
Size: 20Lbs
Color: Dark Grey
Now granted this is my first day of using it, but maaaaaan this thing is so much bigger than my older portable washing machine . This thing is barely smaller than a normal washing machine . It’s super easy to use and it’s as tall as my kitchen counter . My pictures don’t even do this thing justice . It’s very quiet doesn’t take long and spins the clothes out close to dry. I seriously couldn’t be happier since I don’t have washer dryer hook ups . This thing is hands down worth the money . I bought 2 others models that just can’t compete with this monster .

Good but test before use
Size: 20Lbs
Color: Dark Grey
I gave this a 3 as the drain hose has holes in it when we tested it before we actually installed the machine. It is quite and does a good job. But definitely take the back panel off and test a wash before installing to check for any leaking. We just had to replace the drain hose and it works fine.
