Well. I bought this to let my dog try it based on the buyers reviews. My dog was more than happy to eat it. Now it is like a paste kind of dog food. Woukd mix real well with kibble but I just let her eat it without kibble. My dog likes it and compared to other brands the price us pretty darn great. I will buy it again and will try a different flavor. My only complaint is I paid for a case of Filet Mignon flavor but they sent me a combo case

Surprising Quality at a Budget-Friendly Price: A Hit with Both Our Dogs

If you’d told me a few months ago that I’d be genuinely impressed by Amazon Basics Chopped Ground Dinner Wet Dog Food, I would’ve chuckled and politely disagreed. While Amazon Basics offers plenty of solid products, they’ve had their share of misses. This dog food, however, is a clear win. We have two very different dogs—a 3-year-old Staffordshire/Lab mix and a 6-month-old Cane Corso—and both of them absolutely love the Filet Mignon and Beef flavors in this variety pack. Mealtime has become a tail-wagging frenzy, and they consistently clean their bowls without hesitation. From a quality standpoint, this food holds its own against pricier, breed-specific brands. The texture is consistent, and the aroma is surprisingly pleasant—not the usual off-putting smell you get from many canned dog foods. It’s made with natural ingredients, which gives us peace of mind about what we’re feeding our pups. The can size is perfect for our routine. We split one can between the two dogs and mix it with their dry kibble for dinner. It blends well, adds moisture and flavor, and they scarf it down like it’s a gourmet treat. Bottom line: I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this to other dog owners. It’s affordable, well-made, and clearly delicious—at least according to our dogs. Amazon Basics nailed it with this one.

Happy pup, happy wallet; can geometry is hilarious

Our dog has a sensitive stomach and often completely turns away foods unless it's a specific type of wet food. Usually pate is out. Gave this a go and he absolutely loves it. No stomach issues so far and it's cheaper than the other food we get him for more. Only loses one star because the easy rip off top is smaller than the contents of the can. The solution is to use a normal can opener the wrong way (on the side) so it removes the entire top section. Then I flip it and stab the bottom to let air in and it comes out super easy. I will take the can hassle any day if my pup is happy and my wallet is too!

My furbaby loves it!

My new furbaby’s favorite! Price is just good but not enough for her but since I wanted to diet my furbaby, i think the serving is just enough. I alternate between her old wet food and this so she won’t get sick of eating the same food.

A staple for my dogs.

I priced this against the two stores I normally buy at and for the price...it's really nice to have it delivered monthly directly to my door. I have 2 LARGE dogs and we mix this with their dry kibble. Been feeding this to them for about 8 months now and I think they like it... they don't talk, so I don't know for certain...but they eat it. We get all three flavors so they get a variety during the month.

My first time buying the filet mignon and chopped beef. I opened a can of the filet, and it smelled way better than any pedigree wet food I’ve given my dogs. My husband said it smells like Taco Bell. I’ll try them on the chopped beef tomorrow. If I can figure out how to update after they try it, I will.
